Midfielder Charlie Savage, the 18-year-old son of Robbie Savage, is on the Manchester United bench, which is full of youngsters.

The Wales youth international plays in midfield.

    Like father, like son.

Savage senior began his career at United and was a member of their FA Youth Cup winning side in 1992.

    I feel very old.

Six members of a Manchester United line-up showing 11 changes from the team that beat Crystal Palace at the weekend have yet to make a Premier League start this season.

Nemanja Matic captains the side and is set to start alongside Eric Bailly in central defence.

Cristiano Ronaldo is not involved so misses out on the chance to score in every game of the group phase.

Man Utd XI: Henderson, Wan-Bissaka, Matic (c), Bailly, Shaw, Van de Beek, Mata, Amad, Lingard, Greenwood, Elanga. Subs: Heaton, Kovar, Hardley, Mengi, Savage, Iqbal, Shoretire.

    Wow! Chelsea lose top spot.

The Blues half-clear a cross and Magomed Ozdoev hits a beautiful half-volley from 20 yards which flies into the top corner.

Kepa gets a touch but can't keep it out.

Richard H: If Lukaku doesn't improve his work rate, he shouldn't be in the squad this weekend, let alone the 11 that start. For all the criticism of Werner finishing, he NEVER stops. That's way more important.

Russell Gowers: Incredibly attacking United team on paper. A midfielder at CB, two attacking midfielders at DM, a winger and a forward at AM and two strikers at striker! We're either going to make them look like Latvia's women's team or (more likely) scrape a 2-1...

Two chances for Juventus to seal the victory. Adrien Rabiot's strike was parried by Ismael Diawara and the follow-up fell to Moise Kean, who should have scored his and Juventus' second.

But Diawara showed great reactions to save Kean's effort with his legs.

It barely matters now if Chelsea hang on.
