I thought Ibrahima Konate was excellent. Power, physique. Not a step wrong tonight.

FT: Inter Milan 0-2 Liverpool
BT Sport
Former Liverpool striker Michael Owen, speaking on BT Sport: "It wasn't Liverpool's best performance, but they stay in games and they tough it out. The players at the back are world class too. They have so much quality going forward that eventually they are going to nick a goal or two. It wasn't Jurgen Klopp's best performance but he will certainly take it."
Former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand: "I think 2-0 probably flatters them. But the bedrock of most performances away from home in this stage of the Champions League is a good defence and today that was true for Liverpool. The two centre-backs were immense, Fabinho too. You have to weather storms in games. They had long spells where they were under the cosh but they have that experience to navigate through games and wait for the opportunities that they got."

Liverpool managed that game brilliantly. They were put under pressure. In the end the manager made three subs and immediately took control of the game. They got the chances and got the goals. From then on in it never felt like they'd lose.
Inter Milan 0-2 Liverpool
Liverpool dig deeper than they usually have to, but two second-half goals means they are in control of this tie against a dangerous Inter.
Inter Milan 0-2 Liverpool
'You'll Never Walk Alone' rings around the San Siro as we enter the final few seconds.
Salzburg 1-1 Bayern Munich
It's all over. Bayern will fancy their chances of going through in three weeks time after eventually breaking down underdogs Salzburg, who played brilliantly - especially in the first half.
Salzburg 1-1 Bayern Munich
Salzburg keeper Philipp Kohn gets so lucky as he flaps at a cross and with Leroy Sane ready to potentially score, the referee says free out - even though Thomas Muller barely touched Kohn.
Inter Milan 0-2 Liverpool
Inter's final change sees Federico Dimarco replace Alessandro Bastoni.
Inter Milan 0-2 Liverpool
We move into added time - three minutes of it - with Liverpool managing the game in possession.
Salzburg 1-1 Bayern Munich
Four minutes added on. With the away goal rule scrapped, this tie is now exactly level.
Inter Milan 0-2 Liverpool
Roberto Gagliardini's first act is to swing a cross straight into Alisson's grasp.
The home side look shot now, their fans largely silent.
Inter Milan 0-2 Liverpool
Inter make changes. Last throws of the dice.
Matteo Darmian (remember him), Roberto Gagliardini and Andrea Ranocchia are on for Denzel Dumfries, Arturo Vidal and Stefan de Vrij.
Kingsley Coman (90 mins)
Heartbreak for Salzburg.
Benjamin Pavard crosses into the box and Thomas Muller nudges it into the path of Kingsley Coman, who makes no mistake from close range.
Inter Milan 0-2 Liverpool
Mohamed Salah is the first player to score in eight consecutive Champions League away matches of his club.
Salah previously shared the record of seven alongside Cristiano Ronaldo (2013-2014 for Real Madrid).
Inter Milan 0-2 Liverpool
James Milner hits the 800 mark for career appearances. Fair play.
He replaces Thiago.
Inter Milan 0-2 Liverpool
I can't see Inter coming back from this. The result leaves them a mountain to climb and the circumstances of it a crushing psychological blow.
Salzburg 1-0 Bayern Munich
Salzburg bring on Danish midfielder Maurits Kjaergaard for Karim Adeyemi.
You don't even need to ask, yes he's another youngster.
Salzburg 1-0 Bayern Munich
So close. Kingsley Coman whips in an inswinging cross and neither Thomas Muller nor Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting can head it in with the goal gaping.
Mohamed Salah
Huge goal!
That could be the crucial moment in this tie.
Mohamed Salah adds another goal to his ever-growing collection. He needs a bit of fortune, though, with a deflection off an Inter man sending the ball past Samir Handanovic after he latched on to a nodded down delivery from Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Inter Milan 0-1 Liverpool
It's a tricky 10 minutes now for Inter.
They really could do with a goal to go to Anfield with a fighting chance.
But if they over-commit and concede again, this tie really is over.
