    Pre-season favourites Fulham underlined their promotion credentials, while there were good wins for Stoke and Luton elsewhere in the Championship.

    Meanwhile, Portsmouth and Burton continued their unbeaten starts in League One and Forest Green have a 100% record in League Two.

    • Luton and Coventry both register their second victories of the season, beating Barnsley and Blackpool respectively.
    • Bristol City grab three points in the league for the first time since March, following a 3-2 victory at Reading.
    • Cardiff fight back from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 at Peterborough thanks to two late goals from Aden Flint.

    Fulham hold on to make it back-to-back wins and remain top of the Championship.

    Early goals from Aleksandar Mitrovic and Fabio Carvalho set the Whites on their way, but a late header from Benik Afobe made added time a bit tense for the visitors.

    The scoreline flatters Milwall slightly, as relegated Fulham were dominant for the vast majority of the game.
