    Leeds 0-0 Crewe

    Barrow 0-2 Aston Villa

Barrow, justifiably, are not being shy about going from front to back to try and get at this Villa backline and it's causing the Premier League side some issues.

The visitors haven't threatened too much outside of their two goals. Both of which were clinically finished.

    Brentford 0-1 Forest Green

Brentford with a chance to get level. A fine ball into the area is met by Saman Ghoddos but his header goes wide.

The League Two leaders still in front.

  11. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 20:16 British Summer Time 24 August 2021

    Huddersfield 0-1 Everton

Bosh! That is some finish from Moise Kean, thumping a left-footed effort into the roof of the net following a surging run by Niels Nkounkou. But he's flagged offside!

That looked very tight. In fact, the replay suggests he may well have been on. No VAR tonight, mind.

Marco Silva's Fulham have also gone 1-0 up against Birmingham through teenager Jay Stansfield.

    Alex Iwobi (26 mins)

The Toffees are in front at the John Smith's Stadium.

Tom Davies is the architect, sauntering through the Huddersfield midfield before picking out Alex Iwobi as he arrives in the penalty area.

The winger slots smartly into the bottom corner to open the scoring. Some celebration, too.

Anwar El Ghazi (pen) (24 mins)

    That is VERY cheeky.

Jaden Philogene-Bidace's run into the home area is stopped by a trip from behind and Villa's penalty expert Anwar El Ghazi steps up to chip in an impudent penalty.
