Re Lee @18:31. The lunchtime result was by a team that Man City seriously outplayed only the matter of weeks ago.

Brighton 0-3 Man City
Rare Brighton chance. Pascal Gross spins and shoots but it's straight at Ederson.
Brighton 0-3 Man City
Brighton are making a couple of subs - but they'll wait until they defend this latest City corner first.
Ruben Dias hooks a shot wide but Robert Sanchez catches.
Brighton 0-3 Man City
Gabriel Jesus, who thought he'd scored in the first half - twice actually - breaks into the box but is tackled.

Bigdaddy Terry: Manchester City are the huge favourites. They utterly destroyed a good Brighton side in the first half. They played with groove and swagger.
Brighton 0-3 Man City
Phil Foden swivels and shoots wide as he gets the ball about 14 yards out. I wonder if the narrative of this second half will be about whether he'll get a hat-trick.
Brighton 0-3 Man City
Brighton clear from the corner. City come straight back again on the attack and Jack Grealish is fouled.

Can Brighton come back? Let's say no.

Has Nicholas Walker already forgotten the lunchtime result by the league leaders and current European champions?!

Nicholas Walker: Foden is becoming that sort of player you just don’t ever want to see on the ball as an opposition.
Adj: The double standards of how goals are awarded annoys me - if that Jesus shot hits a defender its not an og but that one goes to Foden.
Brighton 0-3 Man City
Manchester City have not conceded a first-half goal in any of their last 11 Premier League matches.

I think Man City have already proved that they can stop them Chris Sutton 0-1 and should have been more!! Proving it at Brighton a who have a much stronger defence than Norwich.
Tony Lamberhurst
Everton 2-5 Watford
Watford
Watford boss Claudio Ranieri: "We did a lot of things good but also a few things I didn't like. We had to work.
"I felt the players never gave up. Five goals against Liverpool is too much and I am very happy because we played quickly forward.
"Joshua King was amazing. not only for the three goals but also for how he holds the ball and and fights with the centre-backs."
"Rome was not built in one night. We have to work hard. Finally this last week we worked together for the first time, of course we can improve.
"I am very happy and satisfied. We must continue this way, I don't remember the last match, I forgot. Now is a very good week!"
Everton 2-5 Watford
Everton
Everton boss Rafa Benitez, speaking to Sky Sports: "I cannot forget the things we didn't do right and I understand the frustration of the fans.
"In the next game we have to be stronger mentally and show more character and more personality. We did that for a while today but then after going 2-1 up in a few minutes we didn't show that."
Leeds 1-1 Wolves
Wolves
Wolves boss Bruno Lage to BBC Match of the Day: "This is football and that’s why every time it is until the end. I’m happy with what we did, especially the way we defended because Leeds are a team that creates a lot of chances and they didn’t create too much.
"I think before [the goal] we had two good chances. I think the thing we need to do better is to have more time on the ball and we didn’t feel comfortable with the way Leeds press. I’m happy with what the boys did."
On Leeds’ penalty: "I think it was a soft chance. Everything was soft, the way we defended because the player receives the ball and turns very easily past two defenders. I also feel the touch was a soft touch. This is football, I don’t want to talk about the referee’s work.”
FT: Leeds 1-1 Wolves
Leeds United
Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa to BBC Match of the Day: "I think that given how the game went, we deserved more than one goal and to have won the game.
"Apart from some moments at the start of both halves, the game belonged to us.
"And even if we didn’t create too many dangerous chances I think we did enough to score more than one goal and it would have been enough to have got the deserved win."
On Joe Gelhardt’s performance: “Very positive. At the start of the 35 minutes he played it was difficult for him to create danger. But as the team got closer to the opponent's goal he had decisive interventions and could have scored one or two goals apart from the penalty he won."
On fitness of Raphinha and Kalvin Phillips: "With Raphinha we don’t have the diagnosis yet. Phillips spent three weeks without playing and he is healthy but has not got match fitness yet.
"But we think he will quickly be in condition to start. Today would have been far too quick and not prudent."
Crystal Palace 1-1 Newcastle
Newcastle United
Interim Newcastle manager Graeme Jones, speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "It was a rollercoaster at times. I thought off the ball we were comfortable in the first half. I worked with Christian Benteke with Belgium so I know where his profile is. He obviously came up with the goods, which was a little bit disappointing. The second goal that was ruled out was a clear foul.
"From a defensive point of view we’ve tightened up. We’ve stopped the rot, which is important. It gives us a platform. I’ll look at the game, chop it up, and look at improvements for the next game."
On Callum Wilson's goal: "It’s not even half an opportunity. Callum’s one of the most natural finishers I’ve worked with. It’s only his second game in about eight weeks, so physically he was struggling. We got something from the game which is an important place to start."
On the Newcastle fans: "I consider myself one of them. At the end I was pleased they gave the fans something. The boys gave everything they’ve got. We’ll take the positive point and try and improve for next week."
Crystal Palace 1-1 Newcastle
Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace manager Patrick Vieira, speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "I think we created enough chances to win the game, but credit to Newcastle. They worked hard at the back and made it very difficult for us.
"We managed to create a couple of chances but didn’t take them. We need to keep working but what we want is to win games. It’s really difficult for me to ask more of my players.
"It was really unlucky for us."
