    That's it for our live coverage of today's English Football League action, and what an afternoon it has been.

    There were first wins of the Championship season for Blackpool and Sheffield United, with the Blades thumping Posh 6-2.

    Bolton inflicted a 5-2 home defeat on Ipswich in League One, while Sutton United registered their first-ever EFL victory.

    • History has been made by Sutton United, who have their first ever win in the Football League after two goals from Richie Bennett turned the match around in eight thrilling second-half minutes.
    • Forest Green have cemented their great start to the season by going top of the table thanks to a 1-0 victory over Northampton, which was sealed by Jamile Matt's header.
    • Exeter stunned Scunthorpe, who sunk to a 4-0 defeat on their home ground, with Grecians' captain Matt Jay finding the net twice.
    • Leyton Orient thrashed struggling Oldham by the same scoreline, with Walsall dominating 3-1 at home to Mansfield.
    • Crawley and Salford both scored with 90 minutes on the clock to beat Carlisle and Bradford 2-1 and 1-0 respectively.

    • Ipswich Town's poor form continued with Bolton beating the winless Blues 5-2 at Portman Road.
    • Lincoln blew Cambridge United away, winning 5-1 after Hakeeb Adelakun had put them in front after just 24 seconds. The quickest goal of the EFL season so far.
    • Leaders Sunderland beat high-flying Accrington Stanley 2-1 at the Stadium of Light thanks to Carl Winchester's second-half goal.
    • Ayoub Assal scored a 92nd-minute winner for AFC Wimbledon who beat Morecambe 4-3 in a seven-goal thriller.
    • And Plymouth Argyle handed Sheffield Wednesday their second defeat in League One as they ran out 3-0 winners at Home Park.
    • Elsewhere, there were wins for Cheltenham, MK Dons, Fleetwood and Wigan.
