    French striker Edouard pens a four-year deal with Premier League side Crystal Palace in a £15m move.

    The deal could eventually net the Parkhead side £20m, with various add-ons worth a potential additional £5m to Celtic.

    Edouard's previous club PSG are due a percentage of the profit Celtic have made since his £9m move three years ago.

    Hibernian are still hopeful of one more deal to be completed before the midnight deadline.

    The Easter Road club have already signed Middlesbrough defender Nathan Wood on loan today.

    Head coach Jack Ross secured the services of Chris Mueller from Orlando City on a pre-contract earlier this summer, with the American set to join the club in January.

    However, could the attacker be making his move to Leith this transfer window?

    Hearts winger Roberts' loan deal will run until the January transfer window.

    The former Inverness man, 27, enjoyed a successful brief spell at Fir Park in the second half of last season, but his campaign was cut short due to injury.

    “Jordan had a really good spell with us last season and we’ve always wanted him to return if possible," says Fir Park boss Graham Alexander.

    “We know the qualities he brings will help us and it’s great to have him back with the team.”

    St Johnstone signed attacking midfielder Ali Crawford on loan from Bolton Wanderers earlier today.

    The 30-year-old has experience of the Scottish Premiership with Hamilton Academical, where he started his career.

    He moved to Doncaster Rovers in 2018 and switched to Bolton a year later, while he spent the second half of last season on loan at Tranmere Rovers.

    "It's now up to me to show what I've got," said Crawford. "There is strong competition for places and I know I'm going to have to be at a high level to get into the side."
