Richard Starkey: Terrible decision for the pen. I wonder if Mitrovic will get banned for two games like Matty Godden of Coventry. Exactly the same situation.

Coventry striker Godden was suspended for diving to win a penalty against Fulham earlier this month.

    Fulham 2-0 West Brom

Semi Ajayi bundles over Neeskens Kebano and Fulham get another chance.

It's a low skimmer from Jean Michael Seri, but it's straight at Sam Johnstone. He'll be relieved given the events of the first-half for West Brom.

    Aleksandar Mitrovic

What a shambles at the back from West Brom, and Fulham double the lead at the Cottage.

They try to play out from the back, but with options limited, Robert Snodgrass turns and passes back to Sam Johnstone.

How he doesn't spot Aleksandar Mitrovic lurking I don't know. But the Serbia striker darts to the loose ball and toes it past goalkeeper Johnstone and into the net.

Party time at the Hammersmith End, not so down the Putney.

Here's the challenge by West Brom centre-back Kyle Bartley which caused Aleksandar Mitrovic to go down and win Fulham a penalty.

The Baggies defender does look to try to win the ball from behind, so maybe the referee did have a case?

In real time it certainly looked soft, though.

West Brom banging on the door!

Kyle Bartley meets a brilliant Robert Snodgrass cross to the far post, from the left, but it's straight at a tumbling Marek Rodak.

The Baggies are bareing their teeth right now.

    Fulham 1-0 West Brom

Fulham get Aleksandar Mitrovic in behind with that ball over the top, but the big Serb is offside.

West Brom's trap executed perfectly there. But he'll keep lurking.

    Fulham 1-0 West Brom

Great save by Marek Rodak, who has to scramble across to beat away Matt Clarke's thumping header at the back post.

It's a really fine cross. Eventually the ball is smuggled behind for a goal-kick. More intent from the Baggies in the last five.

Jake Livermore wins the ball in midfield and drives on, but Tosin Adarabioyo blocks convincingly.

More pressure from the Baggies sees Kyle Bartley spin his knock down across goal, just wide.

    Fulham 1-0 West Brom

The challenges are racking up as Fulham take the game to West Brom. Even Valerien Ismael's side's usual pressing game has been kept on the quiet side.

There's a physical threat in Jordan Hugill though, and Karlan Grant is mobile too. Fulham can't switch off.

    Fulham 1-0 West Brom

Stavros Makro: The inexplicable thing is that the referee was in a good position. How did he give that? Never a pen.

Referee Michael Salisbury made the decision very quickly. Perhaps he should've taken an extra couple seconds...

    Fulham 1-0 West Brom

Another yomp forward by Bobby Decordova-Reid sees him make inroads into the defence, but his searching centre drifts across and away.

Fulham come again, Neeskens Kebano wriggles his way through on the left, touches it back to Jean Michael Seri, but his shot whistles over the top.

    Fulham 1-0 West Brom

    Wasn't a bad set-piece in all fairness.

Jean Michael Seri pings the ball out to Neeskens Kebano who's all on his own right side of the box, but after taking to the air to bring it down, can't get a meaningful connection.

Fulham showing they aren't settling for one either.

  14. YELLOW CARDpublished at 24 mins

    Fulham 1-0 West Brom

Semi Ajayi gets a booking for an accumulation of challenges, the latest one blocking off Harrison Reed as he gallops forward.

The holding midfielder was stopped in his tracks.

Almost an immediate reply, Karlan Grant attacking down the left sweeps a shot across goal but just not quite close enough.

    There's the threat.

    Aleksandar Mitrovic

Fulham are ahead in this top three six-pointer. The goal is from the spot, slammed in by Aleksandar Mitrovic for his 16th of the season.

It's harsh. Kyle Bartley and Mitrovic got their legs tangled after Bobby Decordova-Reid put a sweet pass through, and Michael Salisbury pointed to the spot.

Fulham won't care. Advantage the hosts.

  17. PENALTYpublished at 19 mins

Aleksandar Mitrovic goes down in the box under a tackle from Kyle Bartley.

    Fulham get the spot-kick.

Good battle in midfield emerging between Jean Michael Seri and Jake Livermore. Two players fully committed.

That could be as key as Mitro v Grant.

    Fulham 0-0 West Brom

Fulham's Neeskens Kebano lashes one wide. It's clearing header which is right down his throat on the edge of the box, and a clean connection. But not on target.

All came from Jean Mickael Seri's swinging free-kick.

  20. Postpublished at 16 mins

    Fulham 0-0 West Brom

Smart play by Neeskens Kebano, who gets in behind at the back down the left, and buys a foul from Semi Ajayi.

Free-kick for the hosts. Prime spot.
