Captain Eriksson did look to be struggling after falling awkwardly late in the first half.

Wolfsburg are just toying with Chelsea.

They work the ball around in defence, and send it all the way back to goalkeeper Almuth Schult.

The hosts are playing like a side very much at ease with the situation.

We are back up and running.

Can Chelsea find a way back into the game to salvage their hopes of progressing in Europe. Or will Wolfsburg hold on?

Both sides are back out for the second half. Not long until we get going again.

The only real glimmer of hope for Chelsea late in the half was Ji So-yun's introduction.

The South Korean added a spark that was lacking when she replaced Sophie Ingle. It was a big early call from Emma Hayes, but it looks to have been the right one.

Wolfsburg's fans have plenty to be happy about at half-time.

The hosts dominated the first half and their captain Svenja Huth has netted twice to give them an all-important 2-0 lead.

Wolfsburg lead by two and Chelsea are on the brink of being knocked out of the Women's Champions League.

We are going to have one minute of added time.

Maybe that will be a bit more as Chelsea captain Magdalena Eriksson gets some medical attention after landing awkwardly.

Guro Reiten sends the corner in and the ball is eventually worked back to her on the left edge of the box. She has a go at goal, but Almuth Schult is well positioned and clutches it.

A nice diagonal cross drops for Melanie Leupolz in the area. But before she can get the ball properly under control, it's taken off her boot for a corner.

With just about her first touch of the ball Ji So-yun tests Almuth Schult with a shot. The substitute was teed up well by Sam Kerr who knocked the ball down. Chelsea have a corner, but Wolfsburg clear.

Felicitas Rauch sends a low cross to the near post for Shanice van de Sanden. The forward does well to try flick an effort towards goal, but it's blocked.

Chelsea are being pinned deep in their own half. They try work the ball out from the back, but Wolfsburg are all over them.

After Chelsea's most sustained period of pressure, Wolfsburg have visitors backtracking in some panic. It's enough to earn a corner.

The in-swinging corner drops into a dangerous area, but Chelsea manage to deal with it in the end.

Erin Cuthbert's corner is a dangerous one to the back post, but Chelsea fail to really trouble Wolfsburg.

Pernille Harder carves out a chance for Chelsea. She skips the ball beyond her marker and from the tightest of tight angles, she forces Almuth Schult to make a save at the near post.

As it stands, Chelsea are going out of the Women's Champions League.

Juventus, who are beating Servette, are on track to top the group.
