  1. goal

GOAL: Bournemouth 1-2 Prestonpublished at 21:21 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2021

    Ali McCann (78 mins)

Blimey! Is this a dramatic winner for Preston?

It's not the most stylish of goals but North End bag a second through Ali McCann who sidefoots it home inside the box as Bournemouth struggle to deal with the danger.

They are 12 minutes away from inflicting a first league defeat of the season on the Cherries.

    Cardiff City 0-1 QPR

It almost goes from bad to worse for Cardiff, as Curtis Nelson slides in to make a goal-saving block, preventing Lyndon Dykes' effort from finding the net.

Just over 15 minutes left to go for the Bluebirds to salvage another comeback.

    Blackpool 0-0 Stoke

A drab second half so far in this one with few chances to either side.

Just over 15 minutes remain in this one, can Blackpool or Stoke find a winner?

Three points would do both sides a lot of good for different reasons.

Close for West Brom, as Callum Robinson gets on the end of a pass across the front of goal from Adam Reach, but he sends it wide.

    Barnsley 2-1 Derby

There's no underestimating how big a three points this would be if Barnsley can hold on.

They'd be firmly at the bottom of the Championship if it wasn't for Derby being docked points for going into administration.

With Markus Schopp sacked on Monday, and a new manager yet to be appointed, a victory is exactly the kind of pick me up their fans need.

20 minutes to go at Oakwell.

Robert Enright: Kevin Phillips was fantastic but probably the best striker to ever play in the Champ was Pierre Van Hooijdonk. What a player!

    Bournemouth 1-1 Preston

Can Preston steal a winner against Bournemouth or are the hosts going to keep up the pace at the top of the Championship?

The visitors win a free-kick which Ben Whiteman sends into the box but Patrick Bauer heads it down and out for a goal kick.

  10. Cardiff fans need a liftpublished at 21:06 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2021

    Cardiff 0-1 QPR

    Michael Pearlman
BBC Sport Wales at the Cardiff City Stadium

Cardiff fans have had little to cheer about since August.

They really, really need a lift. Their next manager can't arrive soon enough.

The Bluebirds started the season dreaming about a play-off spot, but make no mistake, they are firmly in a relegation battle.

It's hard to believe Harry Wilson played in this team last season. Oh for his creativity now.

    Philip Billing (60 mins)

Bournemouth are back in this one and Preston can't quite hold on any longer.

Philip Billing pounces on a rebounded Preston block and slots home inside the box.

    And another!

Fulham were already out of sight but now they're coasting against Blackburn.

Harry Wilson, three minutes after finding Fulham's third, finds the net once more as he curls home. Sensational.

Not a huge surprise, Fulham extend their lead against Blackburn.

Harry Wilson puts the ball home with a lovely finish through the legs of Blackburn keeper Thomas Kaminski inside the box.

    Fulham look very good tonight.

    Blackburn 0-2 Fulham

Fulham are looking out of sight already here and they should be 3-0 up against Blackburn as they make their extra player count.

Bobby Decordova-Reid is one-on-one with Thomas Kaminski but he's denied by the Blackburn keeper.

  17. goal

GOAL: Barnsley 2-1 Derbypublished at 20:56 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2021

    Aaron Leya Iseka (50 mins)

A potentially huge goal for Barnsley, who have won just once in the last 15 matches.

Having been a goal down, Aaron Leya Iseka has added their second - and his third in three matches - to put them ahead. Callum Brittain played a quick free kick over the top which flies into the box and picks out Iseka, who has time to calmly slot it home.

Wayne Rooney won't be happy with that display of defending.

    Ben Whiteman (52 mins)

    That wasn't in the script!

Preston take the lead against the league leaders and it comes via Ben Whiteman from inside the box.

That's been coming. Bournemouth fell asleep at the back, there.

Will their unbeaten start to the season end at game 16?

Preston continue to hold on against Bournemouth but the hosts have come out storming in the second half.
