Half-time at The Hawthorns and it's 0-0 and quiet. Matt Phillips has had a couple of decent efforts for West Brom, while Jacob Greaves has also seen a header go wide for Hull, but no one has yet broken the deadlock.

A few boos from the home fans as the players walk off.

    West Brom 0-0 Hull City

West Brom v HullImage source, Rex Features

West Brom are unbeaten at home this season and the hosts have had the majority of possession during this first half, but they've had just one shot on target.

Hull, remember, are also the lowest scorers in the Championship as it stands, with just nine goals all season.

Thoughts on Aleksandar Mitrovic then folks?

Is he the best striker the Championship has ever seen?

Thumbs up for yes, thumbs down for no.

Or if you can name a better one, send it our way using #bbcefl on Twitter.

  6. Where did that come from?published at 20:40 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2021

    HT: Cardiff 0-1 QPR

    Michael Pearlman
BBC Sport Wales at the Cardiff City Stadium

Not going to lie to you, Cardiff v QPR has not been a classic so far.

Cardiff had a chance in the fourth minute and then it's been 30 minutes with nothing to write home about, a bit of an issue for me, whose job it is to, you know, write home about stuff.

Anyway, we waited and we waited and then QPR scored an absolutely fantastic goal, out of absolutely nothing.

Andre Dozzell split Cardiff apart with one pass and Andre Gray produced a Premier League quality finish past Alex Smithies.

Cardiff will need to come from behind again, although as least they are only 1-0 down, not 3-0 behind like they were at Stoke.

  7. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:37 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2021

    Barnsley 1-1 Derby

All square in the bottom of the table battle between Barnsley and Derby. Sam Baldock gave Derby the lead, but Victor Adeboyejo brought the hosts back into it five minutes before half-time.

  8. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:36 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2021

    Cardiff City 0-1 QPR

Cardiff go into the break trailing QPR, with Andre Gray's goal for the visitors right before half-time the difference between the two teams.

  9. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:36 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2021

    Blackburn 0-2 Fulham

Goals from Neeskens Kebano and top-scorer Aleksandar Mitrovic have put Fulham in control against Blackburn.

The hosts had Jan-Paul van Hecke sent off for a reckless challenge on Harry Wilson and have their work cut out.

  10. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:35 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2021

    Blackpool 0-0 Stoke

No goals at half-time with Blackpool dominating the early stages against Stoke, but with neither side finding the net.

The hosts lost Richard Keogh to injury midway through the first half, meanwhile.

  11. Postpublished at 20:34 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2021

    West Brom 0-0 Hull City

It's still goalless in the slightly later kick off at the Hawthorns, although Matt Phillips had another opportunity to put the hosts ahead. His header goes narrowly wide of the post, however.

  12. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:33 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2021

    Bournemouth 0-0 Preston

Goalless and all square at the break at the Vitality Stadium.

An underwhelming half for Bournemouth as the league leaders are held by Preston at the break.

  13. Postpublished at 20:28 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2021

    Blackburn 0-2 Fulham

Fulham are all over Blackburn after the hosts had Jan-Paul van Hecke sent off and the Cottagers look the more likely to add to their lead.

Tony Mowbray has taken John Buckley off after that red card and has thrown Hayden Carter on as they look to get something out of this one.

  14. goal

GOAL: Barnsley 1-1 Derbypublished at 20:28 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2021

    Victor Adeboyejo (39 mins)

Barnsley celebrate goalImage source, Rex Features

Victor Adeboyejo scores what could be a crucial equaliser for Barnsley at Oakwell.

It comes out of nowhere, really. The ball comes down the right and Adeboyejo switches it onto his left foot and somehow sneaks it in the near post past Kelle Roos. The keeper should have done better there, you think.

  15. goal

GOAL: Cardiff City 0-1 QPRpublished at 20:23 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2021

    Andre Gray (37 mins)

After a quiet opening half hour, QPR have opened the scoring in south Wales.

Andre Dozzell sends an impeccable pass from near the halfway line which picks out Andre Gray, who's completely unmarked in the box. He casually turns and slots the ball past Alex Smithies.

  16. Postpublished at 20:21 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2021

    Bournemouth 0-0 Preston

Preston are beginning to put the pressure on Bournemouth as, unfazed, they try to force the first goal against the league leaders.

Tom Barkhuizen cuts inside and tries his luck but sees his shot go wide of the mark.

  17. RED CARDpublished at 20:17 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2021

    Jan-Paul van Hecke (Blackburn)

Blackburn's night has just gone from bad to worse.

After Fulham double their lead against Rovers, the hosts have Jan-Paul van Hecke sent off after he puts in a flying high challenge on Harry Wilson.

Television replays show it was a reckless and awful challenge, as well. Careless.

What the van Hecke was that about?! Eh? EH?!

  18. goal

GOAL: Barnsley 0-1 Derbypublished at 20:14 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2021

    Sam Baldock (24 mins)

The team at the bottom of the Championship take the lead!

Craig Forsyth sends in a cross towards the box, but it's not cleared well by Barnsley at all and Ravel Morrison heads it straight back in. Tom Lawrence picks out Sam Baldock who sends a low finish into the net.

  19. Postpublished at 20:13 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2021

    West Brom 0-0 Hull City

West Brom should be ahead here, as Matt Phillips hits the post for the home side. Callum Robinson picks out Taylor Gardner-Hickman - making his first league start for the Baggies - and the teenager gets a cross in to Phillips but his shot doesn't have much power and bounces off the woodwork.

  20. Postpublished at 20:11 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2021

    Blackburn 0-2 Fulham

What have Blackburn got in response to going 2-0 down to Fulham?

Well they've got an in-form goalscorer of their own in their ranks in Ben Brereton-Diaz.

He's just hit the side netting as they look to respond.
