I said on the first Tuesday that Fulham would go up and I'm sticking with that. I think they will run away with the Championship. They've got the likes of Aleksandar Mitrovic, who is banging in the goals. He's potent, too good for this level.

    Coventry City 0-0 Birmingham City

It's a belting atmosphere here for Birmingham City's first Championship trip to Coventry in almost 10 years.

After two seasons as Blues' tenants at St Andrew's, Coventry have a home of their own again. Well sort of! It belongs to Wasps really. But the Sky Blues have really made their most of being 'back home' again.

Seven wins and a draw from their first nine home games is better than every other team in the division bar Fulham (whose goal difference is slightly better).

And there is a matching mood of expectancy among the noisy home fans. But this is a derby. Form often goes out of the window. And Lee Bowyer's fired-up Blues, although dressed in a garish orange and olive green change strip for a game which did not require a strip, look in a mood for mischief.

I've been in two administrations at Luton and Crystal Palace and both times we've had the table up in the dressing room of where we would have been without the points deductions.

I wonder if Derby and Reading are doing the same?

A bright start from the visitors at the Riverside.
