There's a worrying intent for the Dutch team. They want to make sure they get to half-time, certainly not to lose a goal before half-time as that will change everything.
If they get to half-time with a late goal or remain a goal down, it will give the manager the chance to adapt their system a little bit.
Netherlands 0-1 Sweden
Dutch legend Vivianne Miedema carries the ball forward but then loses it. We haven't seen a load of her today.
Netherlands 0-1 Sweden
This is the first time the reigning women's European champions have conceded a goal in their opening game since 2001, with Sweden eventually losing 3-1 to holders Germany.

The Netherlands will be desperate to go back in with no more damage. 1-0 will suit them. They can address the situation at half-time and form a plan.
Netherlands 0-1 Sweden
Seven minutes added on for all the injuries.
Netherlands 0-1 Sweden

How good is Asllani? Seriously! She has got the ball at the far side and a lovely little dummy. It might have been a nutmeg and gets into the byline. She knows Andersson is at the back post and there's nothing the keeper can do.

It looked so easy didn't it? Nobody had tracked Van de Donk, that is a let-off for Sweden. She just couldn't get over it. Van de Donk in her absolute prime would have slotted that home with confidence.
Netherlands 0-1 Sweden
The Dutch make their second enforced change of the first half.
Marisa Olislagers replaces Aniek Nouwen.
Netherlands 0-1 Sweden
Big escape for Sweden.

It was brilliantly worked goal from Sweden and finally they're hard work has finally paid off. Jonna Andersson with the goal.

I was thinking goal, goal, goal here with the patient play and the good weight of the pass. It looked inevitable that they would extend their lead.
Netherlands 0-1 Sweden
Dutch defender Aniek Nouwen hurt herself dealing with that header and another sub is getting ready.
Nouwen has injured her ankle I'd guess from the hobble. I think she's done.
Netherlands 0-1 Sweden
Goalscorer Jonna Andersson is unmarked on the left wing and she crosses for Lina Hurtig, whose diving header goes just wide.
Is Andersson a ghost or something? Nobody was watching her for the goal either.

Well, we can't say that hasn't been coming. Sweden have been by far the better side. They've executed their game plan to a tee, pressing Netherlands high up the pitch and the defending champions have just struggled to get out.
There's not much substitute goalkeeper Daphne van Domselaar could have done about that.
Netherlands 0-1 Sweden
The Dutch have an immediate chance to level but Lieke Martens' shot from a tight angle lacks power and is saved.

Jonna Andersson at the back post, nobody marking her, she's able to take a touch from eight yards out and what a finish. No simpler way to get the lead for Sweden. There was nothing the keeper could do.
Jonna Andersson
The champions are trailing.
Lovely wing play by Kosovare Asllani, including a cheeky nutmeg, and then she plays the ball across the box to Jonna Andersson.
Andersson is unmarked and slots past the keeper, with a defender failing to clear on the line.
