You: Please tell me a useless stat.
Me: Kevin de Bruyne (2) is the second player from Belgium to score multiple Boxing Day Premier League goals, after Eden Hazard (four).

I get poor team put out by Leicester but what do you do against a team worth half a billion pounds not including subs and they can just go spend another few hundred million in the summer? Losing faith in football these days.
Kyle, Oakham
Tottenham 0-0 Crystal Palace
Palace's Conor Gallagher swings in a free-kick from the right touchline, which he had won after being clattered into by Japhet Tanganga.
Gallagher's delivery finds James Tomkins at the back post but the centre-half can only head it well over the top.
Man City 1-0 Leicester
Leicester have their first attack but Ademola Lookman is offside as a cross comes in and Joao Cancelo put him off anyway.
Norwich 0-1 Arsenal
Arsenal are three points behind Chelsea as it stands.
Since losing to Everton, Mikel Arteta's side have come roaring back.

It looks like Leicester have got bigger problems than this to be honest, given the brilliant start Manchester City have made to this game, but the already depleted Foxes have already suffered another injury today.
Ryan Bertrand was originally among their substitutes but picked up a knock in the warm-up and has been replaced on the bench by Vontae Daley-Campbell.
Mohamed Elyounoussi (8 mins)
That has been coming to be honest.
Kyle Walker-Peters drives to the edge of the box and has the pick of a handful of players to pass to. He elects for Mohamed Elyounoussi, who just picks his spot and rifles it with his left foot through the crowded penalty box.
Good start for the Saints.

Khan Karn: Wow Leicester are terrible. Midweek vs Liverpool at least they were lively and defence was strong but with injuries they just have no chance this in game
Man City 1-0 Leicester
It's still all Manchester City. Shout-out to anyone who predicted a Fernandinho assist today.
Tottenham 0-0 Crystal Palace
Jordan Ayew, on his right foot, strikes at goal for Palace but Japhet Tanganga does well to get the block in.
But Will Hughes, with the corner from the right, can't beat the first man with Lucas Moura heading it away at the near post.

Incredible start from Manchester City, Leicester don't know where to turn! A curling shot, no chance for Schmeichel and a wonderful start for Man City.
West Ham 0-0 Southampton
Some early possession for Southampton, just probing inside the West Ham half. And a bit of dawdling I might add, time wasting already?
Bukayo Saka
Rotten start for the Premier League's bottom club as Arsenal put together a crisp, free-flowing move which is finished off by Bukayo Saka's low finish into the bottom corner.
Martin Odegaard provides the assist and the Gunners really look up for this.
Another mistake by Norwich to start the move. Dean Smith looks gutted.
Kevin de Bruyne (5 mins)
It's been coming already.
Bernardo Silva finds Fernandinho, who clips a nice ball into the box. Kevin de Bruyne kills it with his first touch and is given time to turn and shoot in the box, rifling the ball past Kasper Schmeichel.
West Ham 0-0 Southampton
There are quite a lot of empty seats at the London Stadium today. It barely even looks half full. Sign of the times?
Man City 0-0 Leicester
As predicted Raheem Sterling has Marc Albrighton on toast. About four Leicester players put Sterling under pressure after he beats the experienced winger allowing Albrighton to get back.
It's non-stop Manchester City so far. Kevin de Bruyne has a shot blocked.
Now Bernardo Silva is just unable to control Sterling's cross.
Tottenham 0-0 Crystal Palace
Son Heung-min shifts the ball on to his left foot and strikes at goal from 20 yards out but Palace keeper Jack Butland is down quickly to his right to push it away for a corner, which comes to nothing.
Norwich 0-0 Arsenal
Angus Gunn is making his first Premier League appearance since ending up on the losing side in Southampton's 9-0 defeat to Leicester in October 2019.
The Norwich keeper is yet to be called to action during a scrappy start at Carrow Road.
West Ham 0-0 Southampton
West Ham have won only one of their last six Premier League games after a run of four straight victories in October and November. They'll be looking to change that today.
Not a particularly lively start at the London Stadium so far.
