Senegal have another penalty right on the stroke of half time as Edmond Tapsoba is deemed to have blocked a shot with his hand.

VAR will have a look at this, though...

Senegal are finishing this half strongly as Bamba Dieng smashes over from a tight angle before Sadio Mane's shot is pushed behind by substitute keeper Farid Ouedraogo.

Burkina Faso have had a few corners in this half but not made the most of them and they decide to mix things up with their latest one as this time it is played short but when the delivery does go into the box it is overhit. A set piece wasted again.

And there is indeed a decent amount of time added on with six minutes shown on the fourth official's board.

A minute to go until half time but there's bound to be a decent amount of injury time added on with a number of injuries in this half.

A nervous moment for Burkina Faso as Sadio Mane breaks into the box and Issa Kabore makes a clumsy challenge but the referee doesn't see enough contact to award a penalty.

That really is a talking point. The referee feels the keeper got enough of the ball with his punch.

What a stage for Ouedraogo to come into now. Doesn't get much bigger than this. He'll want to get his hands on the ball and settle his nerves.

Cheikhou Kouyate is able to continue for Senegal but Burkina Faso are going to lose their first-choice goalkeeper here as the injured Herve Koff is replaced Farid Ouedraogo.
