They've done really well Wales, looking at their team they're missing their superstars with the exception of Kieffer Moore and Dan James.

They are more than holding their own, some players playing in League Two and League One.

Joe Morell goes into the book as he brings down Adam Buksa.

Taking one for the team, they call that. It was a good break from Poland.

Really sharp play from Wales and a lovely pick out from Jonny Williams who clips it to Wes Burns on the edge of the 18-yard box.

Great technique, I think that was heading in.

Clever corner routine from Wales, but Wes Burns' shot is blocked.

I'm sorry to report there is a Mexican Wave making its way around the Tarczynski Arena.

I'm not going to say this game is lagging a little bit.

I will simply tell you the crowd are doing the wave.

    Enough said.

Dan James is one of the few outfield players starting today who will hope to be starting Sunday's World Cup play-off.

He's doing his prospects some good with an excellent display so far.

    Danny Gabbidon
Former Wales defender on BBC Radio Wales

I think you've seen one or two bits of indecision from Wales in defence which is understandable with the amount of changes.

From an attacking perspective we've grown into the game, I think what Jonny Williams and Dan James do is key against defenders who aren't the most mobile.

Hopefully Wales can create one or two chances.

  9. Ward denies Lewandowski a 76th international goalpublished at 22 mins

Really good play there from Lewandowski, scuffs the shot a little bit but what a save from Danny Ward.

  10. 'Ultimate shop window' for Gunterpublished at 21 mins

    Poland 0-0 Wales

    Danny Gabbidon
Former Wales defender on BBC Radio Wales

This is the ultimate shop window, Gunter will want to get attached to a club, if he doesn't it will be hard to keep making international squads.

It speaks volumes of the player and the person he is and the leadership skills that Rob Page has picked him while he doesn't have a club.

What a save from Danny Ward!

Wales' defence completely melted and Robert Lewandowski bundled his way past them all, but Danny Ward flung himself across goal to save.

You would have expected him to score.

Brilliant link-up play from Wales as Kieffer Moore plays a delightful pass into Daniel James' pass, but Poland smother the chance.

Rapid burst of pace from Daniel James and he plays a simple pass to Kieffer Moore.

Moore slipped as he shot from just inside the penalty area, but it should clearly have been a Wales corner, but the referee disagreed.

With Poland yet to really get going, the atmosphere is a little subdued despite what is almost a sell-out crowd in Wroclaw.

Wales' travelling contingent of around 2,000 are making themselves heard, though.

    Good start for Wales.

They have been brave on the ball and other than one golden chance spurned, haven't given Poland's first-choice side too much encouragement.

As ever, Daniel James looks lively.

We're blessed to have two fantastic goalkeepers, either that plays will do a job.

It's a great opportunity for Danny Ward off the back of that injury tonight.

Wales have started the game okay, if we can get the ball in quickly to Kieffer we can cause Poland problems.

I think if you're Rob Page you just have to go with what you see in training with Ward and Hennessey.

They're both great goalkeepers in their own right but I don't think either is standout.

An interesting chat between Nathan Blake and Danny Gabbidon as to who Wales' number one goalkeeper is...

Wales have around 2,000 fans in Poland.

I understand quite a few saw their travel plans disrupted, so fair play to them for making it out in such big numbers.

    The Red Wall indeed.

Wales are just picking up the tempo a bit here, good movement.

I like that from Dylan Levitt 25 yards out really good play in midfield from Burns driving into the middle.

I've seen Levitt do it for Dundee United a few times this season.
