It was a mixed bag, really. I think it was difficult to get the cohesion and with the players that are missing - you are giving players debuts - to have it click straight away is not always easy. There was good, bad and indifferent. We created chances in the second half, some excellent chances but gave up one or two.

There is a problem at full back, I don’t understand why he brought Spencer, a right footer, on at left back and McNair looks uncomfortable at right back.

Donnelly looked off the pace when he came on, I would have kept Charles on as you can see he is neat and tidy in possession.

It was a must-win game and we didn't come away with anything at all. If they had a bit more quality and were more clinical we would have lost that game today.

It was poor quality. On another night we could have been punished. Conor McMenamin did really well when he came on, he injected some enthusiasm and pace that was lacking.

The best thing we can say about this game was that we didn't get beat, Cyprus had the better chances. McCann had the chance to steal it, but I don't think we deserved it.

I think we picked the wrong side, Paddy McNair wasn't his usual self and his substitutions baffled me, I don't know why Charles went off unless he was injured and Donnelly struggled to get with the pace.

McMenamin again! The Glentoran winger plays a teasing ball across the face of goal but nobody is there to tap it in.

    He's certainly making an impact!

I think McCann is unfortunate he has to take it on the half volley, but that was it, that could have been the winner.

McCann gets in and puts him off slightly, but that was a great chance. Cyprus will be disappointed if they don't win the game.

Ali McCann has missed an absolute sitter!

Conor McMenamin plays in a brilliant cross to the back post. McCann is arriving but somehow skews his effort wide from four yards.
