  1. 'There's no way you miss that'published at 14:53 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February 2022

    Leeds 0-2 Man Utd

    Chris Waddle
Ex-England winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

It is a brilliant run by Lindelof, he links up with Lingard and he just keeps running. Fernandes is three yards out, nobody tracking him. It is a lovely cross, stood up for him, and there's no way you miss that.

So simple. Victor Lindelof plays a neat one two to advance down the right before popping off the ball to Jadon Sancho.

The England winger clips the ball into the centre and a completely unmarked Bruno Fernandes nods past the Leeds keeper Illan Meslier, from six yards.

    Leeds 0-1 Man Utd

Mateusz Klich is on a crusade to get the equaliser for Leeds. The Poland midfielder takes on another effort from distance but is well off target.

    Leeds 0-1 Man Utd

Mateusz Klich has a pop from the edge of the box but that's blocked by a red shirt. Slightly better from Leeds though.

    Leeds 0-1 Man Utd

The Leeds fans are not happy. Manchester United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka is very lucky not to get a yellow after going sliding to a challenge he could not possibly win.

The referee Paul Tierney looked like he was going to produce a yellow then but decided not to.

    Leeds 0-1 Man Utd

More trips, slips and slides than on the kids TV programme Swashbuckle at the moment. Paul Pogba and Adam Forshaw take a tumble followed by Cristiano Ronaldo.

    Conditions are tricky.

  7. 'Raphinha has to come on'published at 14:42 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February 2022

    Leeds 0-1 Man Utd

    Chris Waddle
Ex-England winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

I'd be looking to change it at half time for Leeds. I know Raphinha is out of form, but he's got to come on. Leeds have not created anything going forward apart from Harrison's early chance.

  8. Postpublished at 39 mins

    Leeds 0-1 Man Utd

Leeds look like they are rocking slightly now after that goal.

Jadon Sancho is allowed to skip down the left but lashes his effort over from 14 yards or so.

The Manchester United winger did not exactly have to do much to get his shot off there.

  9. Postpublished at 37 mins

    Leeds 0-1 Man Utd

Harry Maguire has taken a fair bit of flak from Manchester United fans this season so I imagine he'll be delighted by his first Premier League goal in 36 appearances.

His last one came against former club Sheffield United in January 2021.

  10. 'Meslier is in no-man's land'published at 14:38 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February 2022

    Leeds 0-1 Man Utd

    Chris Waddle
Ex-England winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

It is an easy goal. The goalkeeper is in no-man's land, he's come and stopped. But the people who are marking haven't even looked at the ball, they are just looking at their men. Maguire hasn't even jumped. It is a simple header. Man Utd deserve their lead.

  11. Postpublished at 35 mins

    Leeds 0-1 Man Utd

That is the first Premier League goal scored by a Manchester United player from a corner since April 2021 (against Burnley).

    What was I saying.

  12. goal

Leeds 0-1 Man Utdpublished at 34 mins

    Harry Maguire

A collectors item. Manchester United have scored from a corner.

Luke Shaw swings it in from the right and Harry Maguire rises unopposed to head into the centre of the Leeds goal.

  13. 'Man Utd are dominating'published at 14:35 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February 2022

    Leeds 0-0 Man Utd

    Chris Waddle
Ex-England winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

Man Utd are the better side. Leeds can't cope at the moment; Man Utd are dominating the ball, getting a lot of space for key players to run with the ball. They are causing a lot of problems.

  14. Postpublished at 32 mins

    Leeds 0-0 Man Utd

Paul Pogba involved again for Manchester United, this time he tees up Bruno Fernandes, who opens his body up and tries to curl an effort into the top right corner.

Illan Meslier does well to parry that away for Leeds.

  15. 'Ronaldo has got to score'published at 14:33 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February 2022

    Leeds 0-0 Man Utd

    Chris Waddle
Ex-England winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

Ronaldo thought 'any contact and it goes in'. Pogba does ever so well down the right, he goes past Forshaw as if he isn't there. The ball is on a plate and Ronaldo has got to score.

  16. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 30 mins

    Leeds 0-0 Man Utd

Junior Firpo is being readied for action by the hosts.

Here comes the former Barcelona man to replace Robin Koch.

  17. Rangnick giving out the orderspublished at 14:30 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February 2022

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Elland Road

Manchester United manager Ralf Rangnick is making the plan clear as he gestures for his side to press in on Leeds. It is working as keeper Illian Meslier is pressured into two very wayward clearances.

  18. Postpublished at 27 mins

    Leeds 0-0 Man Utd

Robin Koch is sitting down on the deck. The German looks like he may have to come off as Cristiano Ronaldo trots over to express his concern for the defender.

  19. GREAT SAVE!published at 26 mins

    Leeds 0-0 Man Utd

Leeds goalkeeper Illan Meslier saves with his knee to deny Cristiano Ronaldo from five yards after some good work by Paul Pogba down the left.

Pogba's cross was slightly behind the Portuguese forward but Manchester United ought to really be one goal up.

  20. Postpublished at 24 mins

    Leeds 0-0 Man Utd

Does that count as a shot on target? Jesse Lingard gets down the right for Manchester United and Paul Pogba takes on a volley as the ball is only partially cleared.

It trickles through to Leeds goalkeeper Illan Meslier, who seems to make a meal of grabbing it.
