It has to be a starting point for us. If we want to be competitive and to try to improve and build something important it is not enough to play football and enjoy football you have to win and to win you need to match good football with a great desire.

"The opponent has to understand you are here to get the points and not just enjoy the game.

"We had to put great desire and determination in every game from the start until the end and today we saw this. My teams are not soft. My teams need to be strong.

A lot of it has been positive in attack and defence, the only thing is Man Utd haven't been able to find the net. If they continue the way they have been, I can only see a home win.

The team are very strong and put pressure from the start until the end. If you are not prepared for this pressure you risk to lose the ball and concede.

"I am pleased for the players because of their character and spirit. It is right to have a good organisation and to play and score but to have a winning team you need the right spirit and right focus and right determination and I think today I had.

"We can consider today a starting point for us and try for the rest of the season to improve in every aspect and continue in this way. We are working very hard but now slowly we are understanding it is important to put not only football aspect but the greater focus and determination. That is the difference between who wants to play to enjoy a team who wants to play to win. Every single player performed today.

"Our ambitions is to show this desire. If in every game you can win or you can lose but when you show the will and desire to fight and on the ball win duels, they decide to go another step and not only to enjoy football.

"When you win you enjoy your football."
