    Even without their frontline strikers, Blackburn Rovers looked the more menacing side in the early stages against a very attacking Swansea line-up.

    But almost as soon as Russell Martin's side got a grip of possession, they made the breakthrough.

    There had been questions about how Swansea's fans would respond to Jamie Paterson on his return to the side, but they sang his name early on and he duly delivered.

    Paterson's sweet cross was a reminder of what Swansea have been missing, with Michael Obafemi finishing well with his head.
