  1. GREAT SAVE!published at 41 mins

    Barnsley 0-0 Fulham

Fabio Carvalho is in all sorts of space in the Barnsley area and his low shot is well saved by Brad Collins in the home goal.

  2. Postpublished at 40 mins

    Barnsley 0-0 Fulham

They've not been at their best so far today but when Fulham do get their foot on the ball and move it around you can see just why they're so far clear of everyone else in this league.

Heading into the final five minutes of the half.

  3. Postpublished at 36 mins

    Barnsley 0-0 Fulham

Good work from Callum Brittain down the Barnsley right.

His low cross is cut out but only as far as Remy Vita on the edge of the area.

His effort from 18 yards flies wide.

    Barnsley 0-0 Fulham

Callum Brittain gives the ball away in a dangerous area for the home side.

Bobby Decordova Reid looks to curl one from the edge of the area and... I don't know if he's going to try and blame the wind for that but it's very wide.

    CHAOS!

Barnsley work a good opening thanks to some neat play from Amine Bassi.

The cross into the box is headed away from Carlton Morris by Tim Ream and then the American is on hand to thump the ball away as it bounces towards the goal-line.

  6. Postpublished at 30 mins

    Barnsley 0-0 Fulham

Barnsley defender Liam Kitching takes a very theatrical tumble down by the Fulham byline looking for a free-kick.

The referee isn't interested and he's probably lucky to get away without a booking for diving really.

You're not looking at the game at the moment and thinking that Barnsley are at the bottom of the table and Fulham are at the top.

I did expect Fulham to play it around a bit more and have more possession, but Barnsley are getting in their faces.

  8. Postpublished at 27 mins

    Barnsley 0-0 Fulham

Amine Bassi is yet to find his range today.

The Barnsley midfielder sends another free-kick into the area that nobody can get on the end of.

  9. YELLOW CARDpublished at 23 mins

    Barnsley 0-0 Fulham

    Ouch.

Barnsley midfielder Matty Wolfe gives the ball away in midfield and then in his frustration goes right through the back of Fabio Carvalho.

  10. Postpublished at 19 mins

    Barnsley 0-0 Fulham

Some more nice passing from Fulham ends with them winning a corner.

It's hit very deep to the back post and that will be a Barnsley goalkick.

  11. Postpublished at 16 mins

    Barnsley 0-0 Fulham

    Half-chance for the home side.

Aleksandar Mitrovic's loose header runs into the path of Carlton Morris and the big Tykes forward powers a first time effort towards goal.

It's well wide but again, some positive signs for the home side.

Fulham are getting a lot of joy down their left-hand side and there are some ominous signs for Barnsley.

  13. Postpublished at 13 mins

Great stuff from the league leaders.

Lovely interplay ends with Harry Wilson teeing up Fabio Carvalho with a cute flick on the edge of the area but the 19-year-old sends his low shot just past the post.

  14. Postpublished at 10 mins

    Bit better from Barnsley.

Matty Wolfe shows good skill to drive forward from midfield.

The attack breaks down but that will give them a bit of hope after a tricky opening 10 minutes.

Fulham banging on the door already!

Bobby Decordova Reid's effort is cleared of the line by Michal Helik after the visitors open the home defence up with ease.

  16. Postpublished at 4 mins

    Barnsley 0-0 Fulham

First sight of goal for Aleksandar Mitrovic.

Fulham's 35-goal striker wins the ball and then plays a one-two with Fabio Carvalho.

He doesn't make great connection with his shot though and it's blocked. Should have done better really.

It's important that Barnsley start well today. They can't afford to give Fulham a sniff.

  18. Postpublished at 3 mins

    Barnsley 0-0 Fulham

The home side win an early corner in slightly fortuitous circumstances.

Dear me, the delivery is dreadful from Amine Bassi.

The centre backs up from the back are unimpressed to say the least.

  19. KICK-OFFpublished at 12:33 Greenwich Mean Time 12 March 2022

    Barnsley 0-0 Fulham

    We're under way at Oakwell.

Will Fulham take another step towards the Championship title today?

  20. Team Newspublished at 12:25 Greenwich Mean Time 12 March 2022

    Barnsley v Fulham (12:30 GMT)

Barnsley will be hoping Watford loanee Domingos Quina, who started the campaign on loan at Fulham, can replicate his fine goal from Tuesday's draw with Stoke.

For Fulham if it ain't broke don't fix it. They make just one change from the midweek 5-1 win at Swansea, with Bobby Decordova Reid coming in for the injured Neeskens Kebano.
