What a game this is turning into!

Peterborough's lead lasts a total of eight minutes before Swansea hit back and it's Michael Obafemi again, who keeps a cool head to turn the ball into the net after Cyrus Christie's header struck the far post and bounced back into the Peterborough box.

The striker made no mistake and is now on a hat-trick that could secure all three points for the Swans.

There could be more twists in this one yet!

    Nottingham Forest pour forward again.

Keinan Davis, who headed a Djed Spence just wide of the left-hand post shortly before, helped cut out a Rob Dickie pass in midfield and the Reds switched on the counter.

The ball was slipped out to Brennan Johnson on the right, but his first-time cross was shanked out of play.

He's not quite hit his straps tonight.

    Blackpool 0-0 Sheff Utd

Chances at both ends. Sheffield United went close when John Egan's header from a free-kick went over the top.

Then it was Blackpool's turn to ramp up the pressure, with two chances to Josh Bowler - who has already hit the bar - and CJ Hamilton too.

    Can someone pinch this?

    Nott'm Forest 1-1 QPR

    Keinan Davis comes so close.

The Aston Villa loanee picked the ball up in the box for Nottingham Forest and shuffled himself a yard of space, but the fierce drive off his left foot whistled wide.

Forest taking control but QPR still look so well drilled at the back.

Hull striker Tom Eaves could have put this game to bed, after he was played in and teed up an angle for a shot to test Coventry keeper Simon Moore, but was denied by a finger-tip save.

GOAL: Peterborough 2-1 Swanseapublished at 21:07 Greenwich Mean Time 16 March 2022

    Jack Marriott (63 mins)

    Peterborough lead!

The Championship's bottom club, who have been stuck in such a horrible run of form for so, so long, have come from behind to lead.

It's substitute Jack Marriott, who has only just come on, with what might just be his first touch of the game!

Sammie Szmodics pulls the ball back for Marriott to tap the ball home and complete the turnaround that would lift Posh off the bottom of the table.

    Nott'm Forest 1-1 QPR

Forest and the City Ground are in unison, it's rocking.

Djed Spence carried them downfield and rolled a pass into Brennan Johnson, but the Wales international can only flash a shot wide.

QPR have made changes - Stefan Johansen and Jeff Hendrick are on.

GOAL: Luton 4-0 Prestonpublished at 21:04 Greenwich Mean Time 16 March 2022

Bambo Diaby own goal (59 mins)

It's a horrid night for Preston North End, as they concede a slapstick fourth at the hands of Luton.

Harry Cornick slipped his way down the left, but Daniel Iversen could only flap at the ball in and it ricocheted straight off Bambo Diaby and in for an own goal.

    Luton are thoroughly enjoying themselves.

  9. goal

GOAL: Millwall 2-0 Huddersfieldpublished at 21:04 Greenwich Mean Time 16 March 2022

    Benik Afobe (57 mins)

    Millwall celebrateImage source, PA Media

Benik Afobe doubles Millwall's lead and doubles his goal tally for the game!

The ball comes in from a deep free kick and the ball deflects to Afobe, who controls well before smashing a brilliant strike into the bottom of the net.

It's 2-0 to Millwall and Afobe is on a hat-trick!

    Millwall 1-0 Huddersfield

Millwall look to add to their lead as Mason Bennett finds Scott Malone and the wing-back shoots into the side netting from a tight angle.

Huddersfield have brought on Daniel Sinani for captain Jonathan Hogg at half-time as they look to try and avoid a first Championship defeat since November.

    Breaking

Breaking news, as League Two strugglers Stevenage have sacked Paul Tisdale as manager, and appointed Steve Evans - the former boss at Crawley, Boston, Leeds and Rotherham - amongst others.

His most recent post was at Gillingham, who he left in January.

    Djed Spence (55 mins)

    THUNDEROUS.

    Absolute netbuster.

Nottingham Forest are level and it's from the right foot of Djed Spence, who smokes a shot from about 25 yards out straight into the back of the net with a bit of swerve and no little power.

It flew off his boot and left David Marshall clutching little more than thin air. Rasper.

    Luton 3-0 Preston

No let up from Luton after the break as Brad Potts clears off the line from Peter Kioso for Preston, and the home side just can't put the rebound away.

The visitors made two changes coming into the second period with Ched Evans and Josh Murphy sent on to try to turn around a big deficit.

    Sammie Szmodics (51 mins)

Well Swansea could live to rue some of those missed chances in the first half because Peterborough are level at the start of the second.

Ricky-Jade Jones, who looked like the Posh's bright spark in the opening 45 minutes, gets down to the goalline on the left side and cuts the ball back. Sammie Szmodics is there to turn the ball home and level the score.

    Nott'm Forest 0-1 QPR

Nottingham Forest enjoying possession after an early second-half flurry from QPR.

However, they just can't unlock the really well drilled Rangers defence. Out of possession they're straight into defence mode, shoring up gaps and limiting space.

Forest couldn't find a way through despite going from sideline to sideline.

    Here we go then.

Tongue-lashings dished out along with the energy drinks and jelly babies. Teacups hopefully remain intact.

Players chastened, some have had arms round them and some will have been pumped up by praise.

Either way, we're up and running again.

    Cardiff comeback complete.

Young Stoke defender Taylor Harwood-Bellis plays a loose pass and Cody Drameh intercepts, finding team-mate Jordan Hugill to put the Bluebirds ahead.

Hugill showed composure, getting the ball onto his stronger foot before finishing from the edge of the box.
