    Josh Laurent (78 mins)

What a huge goal this is at both ends of the table!

Reading take the lead with 12 minutes to play as Josh Laurent produces a superb individual effort that Thomas Kaminski has no chance of stopping.

John Swift's initial low cross was half cleared before it came back out to Laurent on the edge of the area to curl home.

  3. MISSED PENALTYpublished at 16:36 Greenwich Mean Time 19 March 2022

    Stoke 2-0 Millwall

No sooner have Stoke scored than Millwall get a penalty at the other end, which is remarkable as they've barely been in the match.

Jed Wallace steps up to take it, but Jack Bonham proves to be Stoke's hero of the afternoon and he saves it.

A missed penalty sort of sums up Millwall's afternoon really.

    Reading 0-0 Blackburn Rovers

Blackburn spurn a great chance to take the lead.

Sam Gallagher looks all set to finish off a great move through the middle but loses his balance just as he looks set to tap home a follow up from Orjan Nyland denying Bradley Dack with the first effort.

Reading get it clear and breathe another sign of relief.

    Reading 0-0 Blackburn Rovers

Ryan Giles floats in a corner for Blackburn for Darragh Lenihan to rise and head towards goal, but Orjan Nyland makes the save in Reading's goal.

Into the last 20 minutes but still goalless.

  8. goal

GOAL: Stoke City 2-0 Millwallpublished at 16:30 Greenwich Mean Time 19 March 2022

    George Saville og (70 mins)

It looks like Millwall's eight-match unbeaten run is almost certainly over this afternoon as Stoke double their advantage.

Lewis Baker fires the ball into the box from a set piece but unfortunately for George Saville he turns it into his own net.

  9. goal

GOAL: Bristol City 1-1 West Bromwich Albionpublished at 16:26 Greenwich Mean Time 19 March 2022

    Karlan Grant (68 mins)

West Brom draw level from the penalty spot as Karlan Grant coolly sends Dan Bentley the wrong way, and strikes the ball straight down the middle.

    That's Grant's 14th goal of the season.

    Reading 0-0 Blackburn Rovers

Inside the last 30 minutes of this one.

Blackburn have made a double change with Ryan Hedges and Bradley Dack brought on to the park.

Tony Mowbray's side hoping to nick ahead in this one.

  12. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 16:23 Greenwich Mean Time 19 March 2022

    Stoke City 1-0 Millwall

Stoke should be 2-0 up here as Jacob Brown has a header from a few yards out from a set piece, but it bounces back out after hitting the post.

  13. Postpublished at 16:22 Greenwich Mean Time 19 March 2022

    Huddersfield Town 0-3 Bournemouth

Looking comfortable for Bournemouth with still half an hour to play but they'll be slight concern about another booking for Jefferson Lerma.

The Colombia midfielder has walked a disciplinary tightrope already this season on more than one occasion.

  14. Postpublished at 16:20 Greenwich Mean Time 19 March 2022

    Swansea City 0-0 Birmingham City

We haven't forgotten about Swansea and Birmingham, but there hasn't been a huge amount to report yet in South Wales and we're approaching the hour mark.

Hannes Wolf for Swansea and Tanith Chong for the Blues have both had shots saved in the last few minutes but it's pretty quiet as things stand.

  15. Postpublished at 16:18 Greenwich Mean Time 19 March 2022

    Reading 0-0 Blackburn Rovers

Blackburn respond to Reading's decent spell.

Sam Gallagher turns and finds John Buckley just inside the box, who forces a great save from Orjan Nyland to keep out his shot.

GOAL: Hull City 0-2 Luton Townpublished at 16:15 Greenwich Mean Time 19 March 2022

    Harry Cornick (56 mins)

Luton double their lead and look set to head up to third as it stands.

Harry Cornick makes it 2-0 for the visitors.

Scorer of their first Elijah Adebayo pinches possession from Sean McLoughlin and lays the ball across to Cornick who rolls into an empty net.

Morecambe have pulled a goal back at Wigan through a Dylan Connelly penalty.

  19. Postpublished at 16:15 Greenwich Mean Time 19 March 2022

    Reading 0-0 Blackburn Rovers

Still no way through for either side in this one but Thomas Kaminski has certainly been the busier goalkeeper for Blackburn.

He denies Tom McIntyre with a low and firm save from a shot headed for the bottom corner and a palm pushes it around the post.

  20. Postpublished at 16:13 Greenwich Mean Time 19 March 2022

    Stoke City 1-0 Millwall

A good start to this second half for Stoke who continue to take control and push for a second goal.

Mario Vrancic has a shot from about 20 yards out but he sends it over the crossbar. Jacob Brown then gets in on goal but takes too long with the ball, allowing Jake Cooper the time to come in and make the tackle. Taylor Harwood-Bellis also has a shot that goes wide.

You get the sense that Gary Rowett might start making changes fairly soon.
