QPR make four changes from their 3-1 defeat at Nottingham Forest.
In comes short-term goalkeeping signing Keiren Westwood to make his debut replacing David Marshall, Sam McCallum comes in for Moses Odubajo, Albert Adomah replaces Lee Wallace and Ilias Chair returns in place of Chris Willock.
Peterborough manager Grant McCann makes two changes to the side who were agonisingly beaten 3-2 at home by Swansea City on Wednesday.
Jack Marriott and Jack Taylor replace Ricky-Joe Jones and Jeando Fuchs.
