Raheem Sterling wins another corner for City. There's a lot of paper around the corner flag that's been thrown from the crowd.

Phil Foden has to move some of it for his run-up but it's not a great corner in the end.

    Oh Rodrigo.

Leeds clear from the corner and Joao Cancelo slips in the centre circle, letting Rodrigo in one on one.

The Spaniard, however, doesn't have the pace to speed away - and doesn't play a pass at the right moment and he's stopped by Ilkay Gundogan in the box.

Raheem Sterling wins a corner for City. They would really like an early goal to settle the nerves.

  13. 'There is a massive fear factor'published at 17:31 British Summer Time 30 April 2022

    FT: Watford 1-2 Burnley

    Watford

Watford assistant boss Ray Lewington, speaking to Match of the Day: "I thought we brought it on ourselves because we played ever so well first half, on the front foot and playing in their half, but it was a case of because we have not won in so long there is a massive fear factor.

"Footballers try to protect it, they have seen the clock and the last 15-20 minutes they were almost camped on the edge of our own box. if you are allowing balls into the box, however many players you have behind the ball there will be space somewhere.

"There is a lot of disappointment, I have been in situations myself as a player, but first half we were really good and if we had added a second it might have been a different story.

"It would need something spectacular (to stay up) but there is more to play for than the points, we have got to play for our pride, we don't want to stop playing and get embarrassed - we have to try and perform and to our best, for the players' pride and the supporters. Of course it is a grave position and we know that."

On boss Roy Hodgson: "He has been unwell, he is OK but needed some rest really - he will be fine and I imagine he will be in Monday."

  14. 'We came to watch Brighton'published at 17:31 British Summer Time 30 April 2022

    FT: Wolves 0-3 Brighton

    Wolves

Wolves manager Bruno Lage speaks to Match of the Day: "I think when you come from this game, what you did in 90 minutes, there isn't much to say. We didn't come to play. We came to watch Brighton play.

"The opportunity we still have in our hands to get in a better position.

"I changed to be more aggressive in front and in the end it really doesn't change too much. In 90 minutes the only thing I can say is we didn't play, we watched Brighton play. It was the worst performance since the first day.

"Brighton have a good style. In the first half it was a calm game. Second half they were much better. After we gave the spaces, they scored goals and dominated the game.

"When you come to this position, Brighton is doing a fantastic season, we have five points more than them, so what are we doing? That is one thing.

"Right now we have a big chance to arrive at a different position."

Leeds have not lost a Premier League home game against Manchester City since a 2-1 defeat on 5 September 2000.

Not that they've met loads in recent years.

They have won six of their past nine home league games with City, losing just two.

But... City are vying to complete a league double against Leeds for the first time since 1981-82, a season that saw the Whites relegated.
