    Little contretemps here.

Adam Smith got away with a crunching foul on Ben Davies in the opening minute or two.

So, this being the way of things, Enda Stevens crashes into the Cherries full-back and that also goes unpunished in terms of a yellow card.

Nice play from the home side.

Oli Norwood switches a beauty of a crossfield pass to Enda Stevens down the home side's left and he crosses it into the area on the volley.

Oli McBurnie gets his head on it but can't direct on target.

That would have been some goal.

Bournemouth have settled the quicker of the two sides in the opening exchanges.

They will have been stung by that 2-0 midweek defeat at West Brom.

Nice turn by the byline from striker Dominic Solanke but home defenders eventually crowd him out.

I hope Sheffield United play like they can and don't leave anything in the changing room.

This is a big match and this will be a big statement for the rest of the season if they can turn Bournemouth over.
