Overall, 2-2 is probably a good result.

QPR were decent today and played as if that was their last chance to get to the play-offs after being on a terrible run.

Huddersfield maybe sat a bit too deep tonight and were a bit too cagey, but with all the other results today in the Championship, a draw isn't the worse outcome.

Sometimes in these scenarios, it's best to make sure not to lose.

It ends all square at the John Smith's Stadium after that frantic second half.

Twice QPR came from behind to equalise, firstly through Luke Amos after Yoann Barbet's own goal gave the hosts an early lead.

Harry Toffolo's header then put Huddersfield back in front, but Ilias Chair drew them level again minutes later with a shot right in the centre of the box.

Huddersfield have the last couple of shots of the match with a late free kick and late corner, but they're not able to capitalise on the set pieces and both chances go begging.

Sam Field also his name to the referee's book in what is turning into a frantic five minutes of time at the end of this match.

It's all getting a bit heated, as Charlie Austin goes into the referee's book with a yellow card for a late tackle on Harry Toffolo.

We have five minutes of added time and Carlos Corberan makes one last change as Ollie Turton comes off for Pipa.

The home fans sound nervous as QPR keep piling on the pressure for a third goal.

Moses Odubajo kicks the ball into the box and Charlie Austin gets a head on to it, but Lee Nicholls is alert to the threat and punches it clear.

Mark Warburton makes a double change, bringing on Charlie Austin and Andre Gray in place of Lyndon Dykes and George Thomas.

Luke Amos then also makes way for Albert Adomah not long after as the visitors push to find the winner.

Harry Toffolo wins Huddersfield a corner, which is taken by Sorba Thomas. It bounces around the box but none of the home players can quite get their boot onto it.

Right up the other end, Lee Nicholls has to run off his line quickly to scoop the ball from the feet of Lyndon Dykes. He was in on goal for a second, after some sloppy Huddersfield passing on the edge of the box.

Ilias Chair wins QPR a corner and runs immediately over to the flag to take it.

We had a bit of a pause though before it's taken as QPR keeper Keiren Westwood goes and scoops up an object - looks like a small ball - that's been thrown on to the pitch.

Another change for the home side, as Danel Sinani makes way for Tino Anjorin.

QPR are knocking on the door of another goal right now and Lee Nicholls is not happy about it in the Huddersfield goal.

Ilias Chair sends in a very dangerous looking cross to the box which Levi Samuels Colwill just about gets his head on to flick away from goal. George Thomas stretches for it at the far post, but it goes beyond him and behind the goal.

Make that two yellow cards in two minutes for Huddersfield, as Duane Holmes is next to be shown a yellow card for stopping George Thomas while he was trying to make a break.

We've had our first yellow card of the match, as Huddersfield's Lewis O'Brien goes into the referees book for a sliding tackle on Yoann Barbet.

It really has been end-to-end stuff this past 10 minutes.

Lewis O'Brien breaks for Huddersfield and picks out Ollie Turton on the right wing again. He whips another cross into the box, almost exactly the same as the one Harry Toffolo scored from, but this time it went begging.

We knew this would be a tough game, nothing's easy in the Championship.

But Ilias Chair has just been allowed time and space to take that shot there as the ball drops to him.

It's a great finish, but you've just got to do whatever you can there as a defender to stop his shot.

This game has come alive as Huddersfield almost get a second goal in two minutes, but are denied by an excellent block right on the line by Sam McCallum after a header from Danel Sinani.

Brilliant goal.

It all comes from Jonathan Hogg's refusal to go sideways, the whole of QPR's defence was taken out there in a blink by two forward passes.

It's then all about the quality of the finish where Harry Toffolo has just completely thrown himself at that cross to get on the end of it.

It's a superb team goal.
