I think we can all go home now because the chances of Braga coming back into this game are slim to none. They've been poor with 11 men, they'll be worse with 10.

  10. HALF-TIME: Rangers 2-0 Braga (2-1 agg)published at 20:48 British Summer Time 14 April 2022

An enormous cheer from the Ibrox crowd, their team has been outstanding.

What is it with this side and European nights?

James Tavernier at the double, one buried at the back post and another from the spot, has Rangers cruising against 10-man Braga.

The Portuguese side had Vitor Tormena rightly dismissed for the foul leading to the spot kick.

Rangers are worthy of that second goal. They've had lots of chances this like. James Tavernier is as cool as you like, strikes it down the middle.

    Straight down the middle.

Cool as you like from the Rangers skipper, who was made to wait to take that spot kick.

    Ouch!published at 40 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Braga (1-1 agg)

Abel Ruiz, who scored in the first leg, is down screaming.

Doesn't look like a lot of contact on the challenge with Calvin Bassey but you wouldn't blame the Braga players for trying to get a breather.

  16. Postpublished at 39 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Braga (1-1 agg)

Kemar Roofe reacts to a ricochet but he drags his shot wide from the edge of the area.

Moments later, Aaron Ramsey picks out Ryan Kent with a fine ball to the back post but the winger's header back across goal is gathered.

This is a big five minutes for Rangers.

  17. Postpublished at 37 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Braga (1-1 agg)

Rangers could be out of sight.

It'll be difficult for the home side to keep this tempo up for the entire 90 so they need to make these chances count.

  18. CLOSE!published at 37 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Braga (1-1 agg)

Just like the previous Kemar Roofe chance, Rangers work the exact same corner.

James Tavernier takes, Joe Aribo flicks on to back post, and Roofe should be there to finish but he's a yard off it.

  19. Postpublished at 35 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Braga (1-1 agg)

Finally getting a replay of that Kemar Roofe chance.

Call me harsh but he's got to score that. It comes at him quick but it looks harder to miss.

  20. 'Braga at sixes and sevens'published at 20:35 British Summer Time 14 April 2022

    Rangers 1-0 Braga (agg 1-1)

    Quote Message

The movement from Kemar Roofe is excellent, he sneaks in at the back post on the blind side. It flicks up and he's just trying to cushion it, take the pace off it, and it bounces up and hits the bar. It just shows you, if you can get crosses in against this Braga team, they are at sixes and sevens in the box.
