  1. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 48 mins

    Kilmarnock 0-1 Arbroath

Huge, huge shout for a penalty as Rory McKenzie goes down under a challenge from Chris Hamilton.

At first viewing it looks a pen but after seeing a few replays I'm not 100% convinced.

John Beaton was having none of it.

  2. GREAT SAVE!published at 46 mins

    Kilmarnock 0-1 Arbroath

Much better from Killie at the start of the half but again they are thwarted by the feet of Derek Gaston.

This time it's Blair Alston who has a close-range effort deflected but Gaston's reactions are top notch.

  3. KICK-OFFpublished at 20:47 British Summer Time 22 April 2022

    Kilmarnock 0-1 Arbroath

    Here we go again...

    No changes for either side.

  4. 'Killie look rattled'published at 20:45 British Summer Time 22 April 2022

Kilmarnock look really nervous, they look rattled. They didn't compose themselves, they've been second to too many balls, they've not played enough football. They've played into Arbroath's hands.

  5. 'Arbroath deserve lead'published at 20:42 British Summer Time 22 April 2022

This is exactly the position Arbroath wanted to be in. If anything it's going better than planned. The players have been snapping into challenges, fighting for the ball. Arbroath for me have been the better side and deserve their lead.

  6. 'Killie fans must stay with team'published at 20:40 British Summer Time 22 April 2022

    HT: Kilmarnock 0-1 Arbroath

    Kris Doolan
Former Arbroath striker on BBC Scotland

    Quote Message

The Kilmarnock fans have got to stay with the team because the players will pick up on that negativity. For the 10 minutes after the goal, they were all over the place. Arbroath could have taken another goal off them if Luke Donnelly scored.

  9. Watch: Craigen nets opener for Arbroathpublished at 20:36 British Summer Time 22 April 2022

    HT: Kilmarnock 0-1 Arbroath

  10. HALF-TIME: Kilmarnock 0-1 Arbroathpublished at 20:32 British Summer Time 22 April 2022

John Beaton blows the half-time whistle and walks off to a fair amount of stick from the home crowd.

It's so far, so very, very, good for Arbroath. They got their early goal through James Craigen and Killie haven't done enough to threaten since.

The hosts have looked nervy and rattled. Derek McInnes will be demanding so much more.

  11. CLOSE!published at 44 mins

    Kilmarnock 0-1 Arbroath

Wow. So close to a second for the visitors.

Michael McKenna's ball across is flicked on at the near post by Luke Donnelly but it trickles across the face of goal.

  12. Postpublished at 43 mins

    Kilmarnock 0-1 Arbroath

    Killie need half-time here.

Derek McInnes needs to get his side to refocus and calm down.

  13. Postpublished at 40 mins

    Kilmarnock 0-1 Arbroath

Jack Hamilton has been magnificent so far but he is a bit too keen there as he lunges into a challenge.

No booking for the striker and the home support are again furious.

  14. YELLOW CARDpublished at 39 mins

    Kilmarnock 0-1 Arbroath

Kyle Lafferty is up high to challenge a diagonal ball into the box but he clatters into keeper Derek Gaston.

John Beaton says it's dangerous enough for a booking. This game isn't going the way the home side want it to.

  15. Postpublished at 37 mins

    Kilmarnock 0-1 Arbroath

Brad Lyons gallops up the right but his cross evades everyone in the box.

The hosts then try to build another attack but it's all breaking down far too easily.

  16. Postpublished at 33 mins

    Kilmarnock 0-1 Arbroath

Feisty but fair challenge by Nicky Low on Rory McKenzie wide on the right has Arbroath fans celebrating like it's a goal!

    This game's getting tasty.

  17. Postpublished at 32 mins

    Kilmarnock 0-1 Arbroath

Killie fans are just as upset with John Beaton as they are with their own team.

Every decision the referee makes is sparking the home crowd into a frenzy as Kyle Lafferty is penalised for a soft foul on Tam O'Brien.

  18. Postpublished at 29 mins

    Kilmarnock 0-1 Arbroath

More boos ring out from the Killie fans as Tam O'Brien's deep ball from the right is met by the towering head of Jack Hamilton.

The effort goes well over but it's all too easy.

  19. Postpublished at 28 mins

    Kilmarnock 0-1 Arbroath

Arbroath are winning every 50/50 and every second ball.

The home support are demanding more and rightly so.

  20. Postpublished at 26 mins

    Kilmarnock 0-1 Arbroath

Killie's defence just don't fancy it against Jack Hamilton.

The striker backs in and takes the ball on the bounce and it looks like it's opening up for the forward but he wins a corner instead.

Killie get it clear but they have more defending to do as Michael McKenna wins another.

    Zach Hemming gathers easily, though.
