James Whitehead: Whoever doesn't win won't want to end up in the play-offs. They'll be the favourite to win them but that doesn't guarantee promotion to the bookies' favourite. Take Huddersfield and Blackpool for example, sometimes luck gets you promoted via play-offs.

Absolutely, James. Forest in particular have horrible nightmare memories of the play-offs. Bournemouth enjoyed their day at Cardiff in 2003, beating Lincoln 5-2 to gain promotion to League One, or Division Two as it was then.

Ryan Yates and Steve Cook are back on after extended treatment. Nottingham Forest need them.

Meanwhile, Ryan Yates struggling with a shoulder. The unlikely enforcer, that gangly midfield driving force for Forest would be a big miss.
