The shoulder charge from Bukayo Saka was just about fair enough. Saka has stolen the ball and Ben Davies clamps one of his legs. It isn't great to get a yellow card at this stage of the game in this type of fixture. Davies has to tread carefully.

Bukayo Saka shrugs Ben Davies off the ball on the right. He goes down and clips Saka to stop him from getting away. He gets a yellow card for it which has infuriated Antonio Conte.

Gabriel Martinelli has acres of space to run into down the left. He cuts it back towards Martin Odegaard but it's intercepted just in time.

Thomas Knights: This game has the feel of the Leeds/Man City game. Referee letting far far too much go and losing control of the game. Arsenal are just blatantly kicking Son at every opportunity.

Paul: Tottenham haven’t exactly started this game like a team who needs to win this game.

Holding grabs Son and rolls him over as he gets up which Tottenham aren't happy about but Harry Kane runs over to defuse the situation.

This start has been exactly what you would expect. No-one getting a second on the ball and no sign of any composure - in fact the exact opposite. Deafening noise inside the stadium. Fantastic atmosphere.

Oliver Creasey: So strange how people measure Kane's success in terms of trophies. The man had played in a champions League final, euro final and WC semi. He won consecutive golden boots in the premier League. He doesn't need to do anything more to prove how good he is.

Rob Holding and Son Heung-min come together near the touchline. The Spurs forward wins a free-kick and he's not happy with the follow-through.

Aaron Ramsdale hasn't played short once. Every time he has got the ball he has looked to go long and get the ball up the pitch.

Dejan Kulusevski wins the ball again in the middle but Emerson Royal's cross is blocked.

Another low one comes in from the right and Aaron Ramsdale doesn't react quickly enough to it so Gabriel hooks it away under little pressure. He's a bit frustrated with his keeper.
