Arsenal right-back Takehiro Tomiyasu, the man beaten by Allan Saint-Maximin, is down feeling his hamstring and the physios are on.

Almost a wonder-goal from Newcastle's Allan Saint-Maximin. He gets the ball on the wing, cuts in and dummies a defender on the corner of the box and smacks a low shot towards the bottom corner which Aaron Ramsdale palms away.

Much better few minutes from Arsenal, but Eddie Nketiah is offside as he runs onto Bukayo Saka's ball over the top. His shot is blocked and the flag goes up.

Actually a replay shows he was onside so if that had gone in, VAR would have given it.

Bukayo Saka is growing into this game now. The Arsenal skillster gets the ball on the right wing, drifts inside and blasts a low shot from 25 yards which Martin Dubravka gets behind.

You wouldn't guess Newcastle were the team with nothing tangible on the line.

Arsenal are really on the ropes, they're struggling. You hear managers say sometimes their teams have to suffer a bit in games and that is what is happening here. Callum Wilson has given Newcastle a totally different dynamic and it's working.

Now Joelinton shows some great skill on the edge of the box before having a shot blocked.
