Anon: Bono having a good game in goaless first half, I guess Belgium still haven't found what they're looking for!

Gerry McNamee: The Moroccan coach said to his GK Bono, we can play with or without you.

Belgium survived a scare in the first half of their opening game against Canada, who had a penalty saved by Thibault Courtois, and recovered to win. This time, they have been saved by VAR... so will the same apply again?

Roberto Martinez's side need to buck their ideas up, to be honest. That early save by Munir Mohamedi - a late replacement after Yassine Bounou was in Morocco's starting XI - is their only shot in target so far.

I'm enjoying it, I'm enjoying the way Morocco are playing. They're defending with great energy.

The Moroccan team is working really hard to put pressure on Belgium and they cannot find solutions. They're struggling to get near the goal.

A bit more on why Yassine Bounou is no longer in goal for Morocco.

After the national anthem he goes to speak to his manager and indicates he has an issue with his eyes.

Walid Regragui is really calm and goes over Munir Mohamedi, smiles and gives him a big hug and sends him on to the field.

    A quite remarkable start.

If that game finishes 0-0 then I will give away my punditry work! As a defender I liked to see a clean sheet but now I'm not playing any more I want to see goals!

A rather strange ending to the first half but Thibaut Courtois is a relieved figure. Morocco briefly thought they were 1-0 up and there was incredible noise around the stadium. But it was pretty clearly offside when we saw the replay.

We've just seen the automatic offside picture and Romain Saiss is offside as Hakim Ziyech's cross from the right drifts in towards goal.

Saiss tries to glance the ball on, and is definitely in Thibaut Courtois' eyeline so a fair call.

It has been chalked off for offside.

Drama at the end of the first-half.

I think it is Saiss getting in the line of Courtois. Even though he didn't touch it, he was in the goalkeeper's eyeline.

    Wait a minute!

It's being checked for a possible offside. Is someone blocking Thibaut Courtois?

The referee is going to go over to the monitor to check it.

This place has erupted! Somehow Hakim Ziyech found a way.

Thibaut Courtois needs to have another look at that and see how it beat him.

It was a beautiful ball from Boufal in the first place. It's difficult to see whether Hazard got the ball or not when he challenged Ziyech but either way, it's a free-kick in a promising position for Morocco.

A beautiful cross-field pass finds Hakim Ziyech. His silky touch brings the ball under control but he's crowded out by Timothy Castagne and Thorgan Hazard.

He goes down under a challenge from the latter and the referee blows up.

    Soft.
