Chelsea are the favourites to lift their fifth ever WSL title.

They are led by FIFA coach of the year Emma Hayes who, since taking the helm in 2012, has lead the Blues to four league titles, one Spring Series, three FA Cups and two League Cups.

Last December they beat Arsenal 3-0 in the 2021 FA Cup final at Wembley, while they also defeated the Gunners 2-0 in this season's semi-finals in April.

A league-cup double is on the cards.

Arsenal's opponents West Ham could be a key player in the title race today and should not be underestimated.

They sit sixth in the table having enjoyed an excellent season that saw them reach the FA Cup semi-finals.

Still, Arsenal should - on paper at least - run out as winners. Arsenal won their home fixture against the Hammers 4-0 in November. They have tasted victory in all eight of their matches with their London rivals.

Arsenal boss Jonas Eidevall, who signed a new contract with the club this week, may be new to English football, but he has plenty of title-race experience, having won three league championships with Swedish side FC Rosenberg.

When Arsenal edged out the champions 3-2 in the first game of the season way back in September, they announced themselves as challengers.

The Gunners have won a record 15 league title, but have not lifted the trophy since 2019.

They have an uphill task today, but never say never!

There is so much riding on this game for both teams but all eyes are on Chelsea and whether they can win a third successive title. If they beat United the trophy is theirs no matter what happens in Dagenham. United need a victory to have a chance of Champions League qualification but it’s out of their hands if Manchester City get a result.

It’s sunny… that means it’s going to be a good day.

The permutations, thankfully, are fairly simple.

Arsenal must better Chelsea's result. So if the Blues were to draw, they must win. A loss for the league-leaders and Arsenal's superior goal difference means a point will be enough.

Chelsea will lift the title if they match Arsenal's result.

After 21 games, it all comes down to this.

The Women's Super League season concludes today with the title still up for grabs.

Will it be Emma Hayes' Chelsea celebrating a third title in a row? Or will Arsenal stun the champions in Jonas Eidevall's first season in charge?

    Let's do this!
