The referee comes across, blowing his whistle aggressively and it quickly dies down.

The striker goes to ground rather theatrically though. The Serbia bench aren't happy, but the referee isn't interested.

It is a change for each side as Cameroon send on Karl Toko-Ekambi for Bryan Mbuemo.

For Brazil, Gabriel Jesus - who has been quiet - is replaced by Pedro.

Ricardo Rodriguez plays a dreadful throw into the feet of Dusan Tadic and Serbia work the ball out to the left-hand side.

Filip Kostic takes a touch before sending a low cross towards the six yard area, but Gregor Kobel gathers at the second attempt.

A let-off for Switzerland and Rodriguez.

Cameroon are preparing some changes. They need them because the momentum is firmly with Brazil.

Switzerland only half clear a hopeful ball into the penalty area and Dusan Tadic slices over, under pressure from several Swiss defenders.

Switzerland are heading through as things stand. Serbia need to turn things around to qualify. Cameroon's best chance of reaching the last 16 relies on them beating Brazil and a draw at Stadium 974.

Brazil are lacking a cutting edge so far, and that is shown here by the lack of successful dribbles from wingers Antony (19) and Rodrygo (21).

The Cameroon keeper Epassy crashes his head against the post. That's awful. It's good to see him sitting up, he's very brave, but you can't tell me he won't get a concussion from that. The medical team have obviously said he's alright, but he's hammered his head against that post.

Devis Epassy does well to get his hand to a tricky corner but then falls awkwardly back onto the post. The whistle is blown so he can receive some treatment.

Some concerned faces on the Cameroon bench but eventually he is OK to continue. That will be a relief as he has made some fine saves.

Following the corner, Eder Militao's shot through a crowded box is pushed onto the post by Epassy.
