Nobody is taking a step back today, it is too important.
These are the games players love, clean cut. You win, you go through.

Not much from South Korea since falling behind.
Diogo Costa has yet to be tested. They look a frustrated team as Portugal play keep-ball.
Ghana 0-0 Uruguay
Darwin Nunez is in!
Ah, but he just can't get the ball out from under his feet.

Ghana 0-0 Uruguay
Ghana will be hoping things stay just like this for the next 80 minutes or so of football.

South Korea 0-1 Portugal
Remember, South Korea have to beat Portugal to stand any chance of going through to the last 16.
They've made a terrible start.

Pat Nevin

I think there's a bit of Suarez that loves being in the spotlight and the fact that he stood up and gave a good argument from his position of how he felt about what happened all those years ago, it sticks in the throat but I admire him.
Ghana 0-0 Uruguay
Exciting Ajax 22-year-old Mohammed Kudus wins a free-kick for Ghana midway inside the Uruguay half. It's a chance to send a long ball into the box but the referee soon blows for a foul and the chance to apply some pressure disappears.

That Portugal goal is very good news for Ghana, going through in second place as it stands.
Ghana 0-0 Uruguay
Luis Suarez is being booed by the Ghana supporters when he gets on the ball, and he does so right in front of them, to the left of the penalty area, but this latest Uruguay attack comes to nothing.
Ricardo Horta
Super start by Portugal!
A long ball is pumped into the South Korea half by Pepe and finds Diogo Dalot who produces a great first touch to take him past an opponent.
He cuts it back to Ricardo Horta to lash home from close range.
South Korea's problems just doubled.
