Argentina 2-1 Australia
Argentina have about four chances here. A couple of shots are blocked, then Lautaro Martinez's shot is saved by Mat Ryan's feet and the rebound hits Lionel Messi and goes wide.

Wow, so close. That would have been the icing on the cake. He's just been sublime hasn't he? He always makes the right choices. When to shoot, when to pass.

Former Scotland winger on BBC Radio 5 Live
Messi is ridiculous. He's just created two utterly clear cut chances for his mates. He tried to do it himself and he has come mighty close again.
Argentina 2-1 Australia
Lionel Messi almost gets the job done from the corner of the area but he shoots just over. He is becoming more influential.

We've seen a lot of late goals in this World Cup and an awful lot of them have come from substitutes.
Watch out then for Australia wonderkid Garang Kuol, who is joining Newcastle in January, who replaced Matthew Leckie a few minutes ago.
Kuol, 18, is yet to score for his country but he is yet to start a senior international either - and he made quite a splash off the bench for Central Coast Mariners, scoring four goals in his first seven appearances as a substitute in the A-League.
Argentina 2-1 Australia
Argentina should be in the quarter-finals here.
Lionel Messi goes on one of those runs and draws three defenders to him.
That enables him to find Lautaro Martinez in loads of space but the striker blazes over.

Former England midfielder on BBC One
Keep the ball now, you don't need to score another goal.
Tire the opposition. Pass, pass, pass.
Argentina 2-1 Australia
The ball drops to Argentina striker Lautaro Martinez in the box at the end of a long passing move but he snatches at it and it rolls wide.
Argentina 2-1 Australia
Australia's goal has been changed to an Enzo Fernandez own goal now. Sorry Craig Goodwin but that was inevitable.
