The swaying and the drumming and the rhythm is still there. The Senegal fans are having a great time in the stands.

Andy: Still waiting for penalties

But credit where it is due, the drummers are still going. I guess when you're head to toe in body paint, you can't just sit down and look glum.
England 3-0 Senegal
Senegal look like they've gone 12 rounds with Tyson Fury. Utterly beaten and demoralised.

A standing ovation from the England fans for Bukayo Saka and Phil Foden as they take the long way around the pitch and back to the dugout.

Tim: Now we're at 3-0 please take Bellingham off and wrap him in the most luxurious cotton wool we can find.

England 3-0 Senegal
Phil Foden is the first England player to assist two goals in a single World Cup knockout stage game since David Beckham against Denmark in the 2002 round of 16.

Here comes Marcus.
All the pre-game chat was about why Rashford wasn't starting. But surely this is exactly the scenario Southgate will have wanted, no?
Dare I suggest he's managed a blinder here without getting abused on social media?
Jack Grealish is also on. Bukayo Saka's work is done. He departs along with Phil Foden, who bagged just the two assists.

Jimmy: I think there's been a glitch in the matrix, I'm enjoying an England knockout game.

Former England goalkeeper on BBC Radio 5 Live
The way Phil Foden rode those challenges was just brilliant. He knew they were coming, he knew he was going to take a hit at some point but he kept his composure. That touch and dink from Saka, a guy full of confidence and full of smiles afterwards.
Just pure joy. It was a real goal of pleasure and enjoyment and just some young lads enjoying playing football together. It's brilliant to see.
England 3-0 Senegal
England have scored the same number of goals as Senegal have had shots. Three.
England 3-0 Senegal
I'm old enough to remember when we were all stressing about how Senegal were looking good and England were struggling. You know, less than an hour ago.

Foden rides the challenges brilliantly. He skips past one tackle and pops it straight through Koulibaly's legs, it's a great cross into Saka. The finish is a lovely deft finish with his left foot, a lovely finish into an empty net. All three goals have been of such a high quality.

Ken: Make no mistake, this is a statement performance. Really, really good from England.
Teri: That third goal was sublime...the intricate passing with a deft touch to finish was simply breathtaking
Chris: In Southgate we trust!
England 3-0 Senegal
Well, if anyone out there was thinking Bukayo Saka shouldn't have come back into this side, that finish puts that to bed. Just delightful.
That is three goals for the tournament now for Saka and 12 goals for England in total. They have never scored more at a World Cup.

Louis: Is it to early to say England look like World Cup contenders?
