    Motherwell 1-1 Hearts

Joe Efford should really put Motherwell in front again and he knows it.

A clipped cross meets the striker right on the edge of the six-yard box, but after getting goal-side of the defender he nods wide.

  8. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 20:44 British Summer Time 11 May 2022

    Dundee United 0-1 Celtic

Dundee United have rallied a bit and 16-year-old striker Rory MacLeod cracks a shot from the edge of the box off the post.

Nicky Clark slams the rebound high into an unguarded net but he's flagged offside.

Now the home side have a free-kick in a dangerous position...

Charlie Mulgrew comes off the bench to take it, but his effort is saved comfortably by Joe Hart.

  11. HALF-TIME St Johnstone 1-0 Aberdeenpublished at 20:35 British Summer Time 11 May 2022

It's been pretty tepid stuff in Perth, but St Johnstone will not care a jot. They are on their way to beating automatic relegation and consigning Dundee to the drop.

Former Aberdeen striker Callum Hendry swept home the only goal of the half on the counter - and a nice finish it was too. Glenn Middleton, who supplied the assist, forced a solid stop from Joe Lewis soon after with a vicious long-range free-kick.

Aberdeen chances have been few and far between. Lewis Ferguson hit the side netting with one back-post header and found goalkeeper Zander Clark with another. Connor Barron bobbled a low scudder across the face from distance.

  12. HALF-TIME St Mirren 0-0 Livingstonpublished at 20:33 British Summer Time 11 May 2022

It took this game a while to get going but both sides have, eventually, threatened.

Alan Forrest has twice been denied by the big frame of Jak Alnwick - two players finishing impressive seasons, with both linked to moves away.

Home striker Curtis Main - who scored a peach last weekend - has come closest, smacking the face of the post with a header.

And Joel Nouble had a big chance for the visitors at the end of the half, his shot only denied by the feet of the falling Joe Shaughnessy.

A Livingston win would see them seal seventh spot, while St Mirren could catch their opponents on points if they were to go on and win.

Here we go again at Tannadice.

  14. HALF-TIME Motherwell 1-1 Heartspublished at 20:31 British Summer Time 11 May 2022

It was a lightning start by Motherwell with Joe Efford giving them the perfect start, but since then Hearts have been on top.

Josh Ginnelly equalised and almost added a second shortly afterwards. Peter Haring and Liam Boyce have also had efforts saved.

As it stands, Motherwell would go into Saturday needing just one point to earn a Europa Conference League spot.

  15. HALF-TIME Rangers 2-0 Ross Countypublished at 20:30 British Summer Time 11 May 2022

Rangers reign as champions looks set to end tonight, but they are at least cruising to a comfortable victory in their penultimate fixture.

Scott Wright's close-range finish and James Tavernier's penalty has the Ibrox side on easy street.

County have offered very, very little.

  16. Postpublished at 20:29 British Summer Time 11 May 2022

    Motherwell 1-1 Hearts

Late chance for Motherwell at the end of the first half as Joe Efford cuts inside his marker and has a shot deflected over.

From the corner, goalkeeper Ross Stewart punches off the line.

  17. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:28 British Summer Time 11 May 2022

    Rangers 2-0 Ross County

Connor Goldson could be on a hat-trick by now.

The defender wriggles free at the back post before forcing Ross Laidlaw into another smart stop.

  18. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 20:26 British Summer Time 11 May 2022

    Rangers 2-0 Ross County

The home side want another penalty as Joe Aribo goes down under a challenge from Jake Vokins.

The County full-back has an arm on the Rangers midfielder but referee Andrew Dallas is having none of it.

  19. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:24 British Summer Time 11 May 2022

    St Mirren 0-0 Livingston

Jak Alnwick denies Alan Forrest again!

The departing Livi winger skips between two defenders and toe-pokes a shot high at goal where Alnwick gets two strong arms to the ball to save above his head.

  20. HALF-TIME - Dundee United 0-0 Celticpublished at 20:18 British Summer Time 11 May 2022

Celtic are on course to seal the title, but it's been their poorest 45 minutes for a while.

A much-changed Dundee United team are holding firm and - as things stands - would clinch a place in Europe next season.
