Tom Haw: I’m a Forest fan so just happy about any fixtures for premier league football, however being away on the opening day, Boxing Day and final day seems just a tad harsh. Didn’t think that was allowed!

I have some sympathy with the 'controversial' 09.13 text. The PL is skewed towards south-east England teams. We miss north-east derbies... Sheffield derbies... West Mids derbies.

The chap at 9:13 doesn't really understand English football. I believe this is the longest Palace have ever been in the top flight, so a real golden period for Palace and they reach the semis of the FA Cup. Leicester won the league in 2016. Brighton have consistently been improving at this level and Brentford have been building for years to get here. Fulham smashed the championship so deserve a crack in the top flight. So many positive stories of achievement and progression in the PL.

Lukaku is so keen to go back to Inter after a difficult season with the Blues that he would take a hefty wage cut.
Chelsea still want a loan fee for the 29-year-old, who they signed for £97.5m from the Serie A side in August 2021.
Inter are trying to limit their outgoings as they get their finances under control and there is no agreement yet on the size of the loan fee.

Think Liverpool's fixtures are more favourable than Man City's. 4/5 matches vs "big" six teams away in first half of the season, early fixtures against Newcastle and Man U before those teams can develop styles/players and an easier run in.

Brighton will be a good test for United. Similar to what 2014-15 Swansea was for Louis Van Gaal. Hopefully, ETH will start better. But the recruitment team needs to sort itself out.

Dear "anon" have you looked at all of the other top divisions in Europe? You can't have a league full of elite teams, it's not possible. Even with those clubs you mention, the PL is still one of the strongest in the world. And they've all earned their places there.
