The squad depth is not great at Everton, what can they really do to change the game?

Former Manchester City defender on BBC Final Score
Leicester on the front foot and got the reward. James Maddison is so sneaky and has been playing well, its sheer class and the game needed that.
Leicester 1-0 Southampton
Remember that Saints came from two goals down to draw against Leeds last weekend, so Leicester have no room for complacency here.
Crystal Palace 1-1 Aston Villa
Another chance for Palace.
Eberechi Eze's corner is met by Marc Guehi at the far post, but the effort is pushed away by Emiliano Martinez.
Crystal Palace 1-1 Aston Villa
Palace should be ahead.
You splash out the cash for these moments. The ball drops for Odsonne Edouard on the edge of the box, he is free but screws wide.
Everton 0-0 Nottingham Forest
We could do with a bit of quality like that James Maddison goal here at Goodison.
It's very flat. Dwight McNeil is warming up. Could he provide a spark?
Crystal Palace 1-1 Aston Villa
Villa have threatened little since the goal but come close when Leon Bailey shifts the ball onto his favoured left peg before rattling the crossbar from the edge of the box.
James Maddison
Breakthrough!
James Maddison produces the first bit of true quality, whipping a free-kick around the Saints wall and into the bottom corner of the net.
A cracking hit.
Fulham 2-1 Brentford
Offside!
VAR rules Ivan Toney went too early and it is chalked off.
Leicester 0-0 Southampton
Wesley Fofana is here at the King Power watching on. You would expect he'd be off somewhere now, clearing his head or whatever.
He's doing that thing footballers do when they cover their mouth for the cameras when they talk. Except he's doing it to talk to what I assume is his partner.
Ivan Toney
All square.
From two behind, Brentford level the game.
It is a quite brilliant goal from Ivan Toney, collecting Rico Henry's pass, turning his defender inside out and thumping a low finish into the net.
Crystal Palace 1-1 Aston Villa
Palace have another good sniff at the start of the second half when Jordan Ayew sneaks in behind to collect Joachim Andersen's raking ball forward.
He holds off the challenge of Lucas Digne but then Emiliano Martinez is quickly off his line to smother at the feet of the home striker.
Everton 0-0 Nottingham Forest
Everton are on the front foot and set up a chance for Tom Davies, but his low angled drive is blocked.
We've had a lot of excitement in two of these 3pm games, not so much in the others.
But that can all change, though.
The games are starting to get back under way. Hope springs eternal.

Final Score
Been a decent 0-0 so far without ever feeling like either side will find the breakthrough.
Most excited I've been at half time in a while though - Onana warming up for Everton, and the whole cast of budding debutants getting ready for Forest; Gibbs-White, Freuler, Kouyate and Dennis.
Have to fancy one of them to make the difference
Fulham 2-1 Brentford
Chris Wise
BBC Radio 5 Live commentator at Craven Cottage
All the questions about whether Fulham have the swagger of last season emphatically answered so far. They’ve swarmed all over Brentford, who will count themselves lucky to still be in the game.
Joao Palhinha - despite genuine claims that he should have been sent off for that ‘challenge’ on Ben Mee - has been exceptional again.

FT: Tottenham 1-0 Wolves
Wolves
Wolves have now gone 10 Premier League games without a win (D3 L7), with this just the second time they’ve gone 10 or more games in the competition without a victory, after a 17-game run between February 2012 and August 2018.
FT: Tottenham 1-0 Wolves
Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham boss Antonio Conte speaking to BT Sport: "The performance at the end was good because I had to consider everything. First of all Wolves, they signed some important players and if you see their starting 11 you have to be a bit scared because they have one of the best midfields in this league. It is a really good team and in the first half we struggled a bit.
"In the second half, we deserved to win. We created many chances to score. We stayed calm, focused and suffered and in the second half we created many chances to improve the final result.
"Last season with the three teams we have played we lost. Now we have seven points and the team is continuing to improve."
On Harry Kane: "I know very well that Harry would like to exchange his personal achievements for a trophy and he is working very hard for this.
"We are talking about a world-class striker but what makes me happy is not only with the ball that we have a top scorer, we have a player that is involved and works a lot for the team".

Former West Ham striker on BBC Final Score
Brentford have a life line just before half time, Thomas Frank has to galvanise the team now and they can still be in with a chance.
