I suspect it may be the tackle earlier that has led to what appears to be an injury to Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
Spurs have further concerns soon after too as Emerson Royal is clocked in a very uncomfortable place by a Wolves clearance.
Both he and Hojbjerg are fine to carry on, though.

Mike: From what I've seen so far this season, Son Heung-min doesn't look like he is enjoying his football. Maybe he doesn't fancy the competition from Richarlison.
