HT: West Ham 1-0 Everton
West Ham United are unbeaten in their last 11 Women's Super League matches when leading at half-time (W7, D4) dating back to 24th November 2019 against Reading (L2-3).
Leicester 0-2 Tottenham
That Spence goal is pretty much the last action of the half and it sees Spurs go into the break with a two-goal cushion.
Two long-range shots, two exceptional goals, with the first scored by Ashleigh Neville.
Leicester started brightly but are in real danger now.
In a game where clear-cut chances have been few and far between, poor Everton defending led to a West Ham corner which the visitors failed to deal with, giving Lisa Evans the opportunity to open the scoring on the stroke of the break.
It had otherwise been a relatively quiet and evenly-matched fixture, but the Irons go into half-time a goal to the good.
Drew Spence
A wonderful debut goal for Drew Spence, who beats Kirstie Levell from all of 30 yards!
Two cracking long-range efforts from Spurs sees them ahead.
Lisa Evans
Everton fail to deal with a corner and, when Jessica Ziu heads the ball back towards the six-yard box after it is punched out by Courtney Brosnan, Lisa Evans is there to head home and open the scoring for the hosts.
West Ham 0-0 Everton
Hawa Cissoko goes into the referee's book for a foul on Everton's Nathalie Bjorn.
Leicester 0-1 Tottenham
That goal has unsurprisingly lifted Spurs as Jessica Naz breaks through and forces a fine stop from Kirstie Levell.
And from the corner, Spurs captain Shelina Zadorsky's effort is deflected and loops just over the bar.
Leicester are really up against it now.
West Ham 0-0 Everton
There haven't been any long-range screamers in Dagenham, though Hayashi has just sent an effort sailing over the bar from outside of the box.
This one remains quiet with neither side really doing anything to trouble the other.
Ashleigh Neville
Just what this game needed!
Ashleigh Neville picks up the ball way out, looks up to spot Kirstie Levell off her line and lobs a wonderful shot over the Leicester keeper.
A superb opener for Spurs who, until then, had failed to trouble the home side's defence.
West Ham 0-0 Everton
Aggie Beever-Jones goes on a great run through the West Ham third but when she finally unleashes a shot it goes wide of the target.
West Ham 0-0 Everton
Everton trying to forge an avenue through the West Ham defence but it's keeping its shape well and holding off the visitors' attacks.
A relatively even game so far between these two, neither goalkeeper having a serious save to make yet.
Leicester 0-0 Tottenham
Jemma Purfield's on the move down the left again, but this time she digs out a cross that's too high and Spurs are able to tidy up.
A couple of decent glimpses of the threat Leicester carry on the break in the last few minutes.
Everton 0-0 West Ham
Hanna Bennison has the ball inside of the box but she gets it stuck under her feet and is dispossessed before she manages to get a shot away. That's the Toffees' best chance so far.
Leicester 0-0 Tottenham
Leicester break at pace and Jemma Purfield has the chance to test Rebecca Spencer in the Spurs goal, but she can't quite wrap her foot around the ball and out it goes for a goal-kick.
First real sight of goal that either side has had.
West Ham 0-0 Everton
The game's calmed down a little after West Ham's first chance is followed by a string of others. Everton are trying to get forwards but haven't manage to muster any clear-cut opportunities.
Leicester 0-0 Tottenham
No goalmouth action to report in the opening 20 minutes at King Power Stadium.
Spurs have moved the ball around well at times but they're yet to find a telling pass in behind the home side's defence.
West Ham 0-0 Everton
Close to an opener! A great move from West Ham ends with Courtney Brosnan producing a fine stop to deny a Lisa Evans header from six yards.
Leicester 0-0 Tottenham
Rosella Ayane is down again and shakes her head.
It looks as though she'll play no further part in the opening game of the season. A big blow for Spurs.
Ellie Brazil, a new signing from Brighton, is introduced.
West Ham 0-0 Everton
West Ham are enjoying a good spell at the moment with new signing Jessica Ziu on top of the play in the middle of the park.
Most of their play is being directed down the left-hand flank towards Lisa Evans where the Everton defence have been found open on a few occasions already.
West Ham 0-0 Everton
It's Everton who have been on top in the opening minutes of the game so far. They've just come close once more as Graham whips a ball into the box but nobody manages to get to it.
Sorensen's side seem to be focusing on playing out from the back but West Ham are pressing well and mostly managing to keep them at bay.
