I think it's always going to be a really tough task for this Tottenham team to come here. The crowd is behind Arsenal and I think there's lots of learning points to take from today.

The gap is still there and there's lots of work to do. You can't take anything away from the players, they have left everything on the pitch.

Arsenal's Beth Mead was signing things for the crowd and England captain Leah Williamson gave her top to a young fan in the crowd during those celebrations.

Vivianne Miedema was taking selfies with fans as the rest of the team danced and sang with the crowd.

A party atmosphere to cap off a fantastic afternoon at the Emirates.

Arsenal and England striker Beth Mead speaking to BBC Sport: "I think we played really well today, we were confident, compact and played well as a team.

"The fans being here gives such an energy. It was incredible what we did in the summer but we want to continue this."

On the reception from the supporters: "Ridiculous. I have never experienced that before. The fans have been incredible.

"Obviously now it's going to be hard, there are not as many fans and you get a lot of energy from the fans. As long as people keep coming to matches and we can keep putting the performances in, that's the main things."

Reflecting on the summer, she said: "I still feel like I'm on cloud nine. That's just me. I don't think it will sink in for a long, long time."

I think the crowd helped, they were fantastic. It will lift your performance. I thought there were some very good individual performances from the Arsenal players, but there is a gulf between these two teams.

    A comprehensive victory from Arsenal.

But perhaps a bigger victory for women's football. Some have left their seats but many are hanging around to sing, dance and celebrate with their team.

We've already had Freed from Desire and now a rendition of Sweet Caroline as the players do a lap of honour.

    Feels like summer again.

Beth Mead is being interviewed on BBC One.

She's asked about the reception she received after being subbed.

    "It was ridiculous," she responds.

Another question but the Arsenal player cannot hear it because Sweet Caroline is being played at full volume.

Meanwhile, her team-mates are walking around the pitch to thanking their fans.

Look at the players Jonas Eidevall has brought in since he's been appointed. The major changes for them was early on last summer. You can see the understanding his team have, those pockets in midfield, the playmakers that he has got, in defence and the attacking runs from the full-backs. They are a very well oiled team.
