  1. Postpublished at 53 mins

    Wales 0-0 Slovenia

Carrie Jones is in the game again.

She shoots over from 25 yards, but the teenager continues to impress.

  2. YELLOW CARDpublished at 52 mins

    Wales 0-0 Slovenia

A first booking of the night goes to Spela Kolbl for a foul on Rachel Rowe.

But should Wales have had a foul - or even a penalty - before that for Dominika Conc's challenge on Carrie Jones.

Let's just say that looked a good shout.

  3. Chance goes beggingpublished at 50 mins

    Wales 0-0 Slovenia

Kayleigh Green holds the ball up well and lays off for Angharad James.

She has two efforts at goal, but Slovenia keeper Zala Mersnik gathers comfortably enough.

  4. Postpublished at 49 mins

    Wales 0-0 Slovenia

Rachel Rowe does well defensively, not for the first time tonight.

Wales then keep hold of possession for a minute or so, which is welcome.

  5. Postpublished at 47 mins

    Wales 0-0 Slovenia

A big round of applause from Gemma Grainger for her team's efforts early in this second period.

What was the half-time message, you wonder. Go all out and try to win out, or hold on to what you have?

  6. KICK-OFFpublished at 46 mins

    Wales 0-0 Slovenia

The second half is under way.

    Gwennan Harries
Former Wales striker on BBC One Wales

When Wales have been brave and got on the ball and played quickly. we have actually opened up Slovenia quite easily.

    It's just that composure then.

  8. Postpublished at 20:36 British Summer Time 6 September 2022

    HT: Wales 0-0 Slovenia

    Katie Sherwood
Former Wales midfielder on BBC One Wales

Wales need to be brave on the ball. We look predictable when we go direct into Kayleigh Green.

When we play in the half-spaces, we make Slovenia step out and that's where the opportunities are going to come.

  9. Postpublished at 20:34 British Summer Time 6 September 2022

    HT: Wales 0-0 Slovenia

    Nia Jones
Former Wales international on BBC One Wales

Both teams need a result and both really want to score goals.

That benefits Wales a bit because there are gaps, but actually I think Slovenia have had the better of the chances.

  10. Postpublished at 20:33 British Summer Time 6 September 2022

    HT: Wales 0-0 Slovenia

    Katie Sherwood
Former Wales midfielder on BBC One Wales

It was a really nervy first 20 minutes. We weren't finding any rhythm with our passing.

Getting width and getting Carrie Jones into the game is when we have looked like getting a goal.

  11. Postpublished at 20:32 British Summer Time 6 September 2022

    HT: Wales 0-0 Slovenia

    Gwennan Harries
Former Wales striker on BBC One Wales

We expected it to be cagey. Slovenia settled much better but Wales have grown into the game.

Both teams are lacking that quality in the final third.

A point would be enough for Wales, but it's a very dangerous scoreline.

  12. HALF-TIME - Wales 0-0 Sloveniapublished at 20:31 British Summer Time 6 September 2022

The whistle goes and it is so far, so good for Wales.

    But this could get tense.

  13. Postpublished at 45 +1 mins

    Wales 0-0 Slovenia

We are into a minute of stoppage time at the end of the half.

  14. Postpublished at 45 mins

    Wales 0-0 Slovenia

Lara Prasnikar looks for a moment to be in behind Wales, but the offside flag ends home concerns.

  15. Postpublished at 20:28 British Summer Time 6 September 2022

    Wales 0-0 Slovenia

    Jo Price
Former Wales goalkeeper on BBC Radio Wales

Carrie Jones is 19 and you look at her out there tonight, she definitely does not look out of place.

If she loses the ball she hunts it down, she is not afraid of any of the opposition.

  16. Postpublished at 44 mins

    Wales 0-0 Slovenia

Wales work a set-piece to Carrie Jones - again - but her effort flies wide.

It is immaterial, as the whistle goes for a foul by Sophie Ingle anyway.

  17. Postpublished at 42 mins

    Wales 0-0 Slovenia

Carrie Jones was a standout performer for Wales in Greece on Friday night and she is at it again.

She looks the player most likely to make something happen for the home side at the moment.

  18. Postpublished at 40 mins

    Wales 0-0 Slovenia

That could have lightened the mood.

Rhiannon Roberts crosses invitingly from the right and Carrie Jones, at the far post, volleys back across the face of goal.

Kayleigh Green stretches but cannot quite get the touch which would have seen Wales go in front.

  19. Postpublished at 39 mins

    Wales 0-0 Slovenia

Slovenia are playing like a team who need to win this game.

They are sharp, their tempo is high.

Wales are going to have to work for a result tonight.

  20. Postpublished at 38 mins

    Wales 0-0 Slovenia

Gemma Grainger applauds some good closing down from Rhiannon Roberts.

What she would really like to see is her team enjoying a spell of possession. This has been a tense contest so far.
