Tottenham 0-0 Marseille
Marseille's bus arrived late at the stadium but it's Spurs who are the ones that haven't turned up yet.

Baffled as to how that's enough for a penalty, let alone enough for it to be considered a clear and obvious error. I guess the miss is some justice, although Liverpool look on the ropes already.

Napoli 1-0 Liverpool
Napoli are the first club to be awarded two penalties in the first 20 minutes of a Champions League match since 11 December 2019, when Atletico Madrid had two against Lokomotiv Moscow. They also scored one and had one saved.

David: Liverpool look exhausted, as if they're coming off the end of a 70-game season as opposed to starting a new one.

Michael: Liverpool & Klopp need to be more ruthless. Milner, whilst a talented player, should have been let go 2 years ago. There's no way he should still be starting games in the Champions League

Former England defender on BBC Radio 5 Live
Top save by Alisson. I’ll never understand why they’re changing the penalty taker. I don't understand that. Surely Zielinski’s got to step up again, he must be confident.
Napoli 1-0 Liverpool
Napoli's heads certainly didn't drop after that. Matteo Politano races down the right and curls in an inswinging cross which is just beyond the head of Victor Osimhen.
Tottenham 0-0 Marseille
We have another shot.
Nuno Tavares has a go from range but pulls it wide.
Napoli 1-0 Liverpool
Giovanni di Lorenzo blazes the rebound over.
Napoli 1-0 Liverpool
Oh no!
Piotr Zielinski had scored the penalty but Victor Osimhen takes this one, having won it.
He does a very slow staggered run-up... and is denied by Alisson.
Tottenham 0-0 Marseille
That blocked Jonathan Clauss effort is the only shot of the match so far.
Been a poor spectacle at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium so far.
Napoli 1-0 Liverpool
Virgil van Dijk is booked.
Napoli 1-0 Liverpool
The referee points to the spot!
Napoli 1-0 Liverpool
Victor Osimhen knocks the ball past Virgil van Dijk, who then stands on his foot. There is a big call here for the referee.
Napoli 1-0 Liverpool
Well I thought it was good defending but they're actually checking for another penalty. Did Virgil van Dijk foul Victor Osimhen? The referee goes to the monitor.
Napoli 1-0 Liverpool
It would probably be 2-0 if not for Virgil van Dijk. Victor Osimhen charges in behind again but VVD makes himself big and stops the Napoli striker.
Osimhen is down injured.
Barcelona 1-0 Viktoria Plzen
Barcelona are back in the Champions League having dropped down to the Europa League in the second half of last season.
They have taken an early lead tonight against Czech Republic side Viktoria Plzen, with Champions League debutant Franck Kessie nodding home from a flick on after a corner from the right.
Plzen had broke on Barca moments earlier, but delayed for too long and were eventually pulled back for an offside.
Tottenham 0-0 Marseille
Celeb spotting in the Marseille ultras end.
Their former midfielder - and now Bristol Rovers manager - Joey Barton is in the away stand.
You'd want him on your side if it starts kicking off.
