Baffled as to how that's enough for a penalty, let alone enough for it to be considered a clear and obvious error. I guess the miss is some justice, although Liverpool look on the ropes already.

Barcelona are back in the Champions League having dropped down to the Europa League in the second half of last season.
They have taken an early lead tonight against Czech Republic side Viktoria Plzen, with Champions League debutant Franck Kessie nodding home from a flick on after a corner from the right.
Plzen had broke on Barca moments earlier, but delayed for too long and were eventually pulled back for an offside.
