    Burnley 0-0 Norwich City

That was a pacey first half - in the Norwich half at least.

Burnley have been relentless in attack but have been unable to breakthrough the visitors defence - mainly because the Canaries have pulled everyone back to defend like demons.

It feels like only a matter of time before the Clarets are able to break the deadlock.

The Norwich back four are going to need some energy drink infused oranges at halftime that's for sure.

Kieran McKenna won't be happy about that - sitting on a 2-0 lead and only moments left in the opening half Ipswich allowed Gavin Massey to pull one back for hosts Port Vale.

There was a late goal at Oakwell too, where Daniel Mandroiu ran through one on one to give Lincoln the lead against Barnsley. What can Michael Duff come up with to retrieve the situation?

So far, so good for new Exeter boss Gary Caldwell, whose side have held their own and went in level at the break away to Derby County.

    Burnley 0-0 Norwich City

Burnley average five shots on target each game.

I think they've had about four or five already so far this half alone.

So not too shabby from Norwich to keep them at bay.

    Nope.

    The ball sails over.

Burnley have a free kick from a really tasty spot just off centre and a few yards from the edge of the Norwich box.

    Holds breath.

Norwich just passing the ball between themselves in their own half, holding up play and keeping possession at the moment.

They're growing into this game ... slowly.

    Coventry 0-1 Rotherham

The home side will be wondering how this has happened.

They've failed to make the most of their pressure and Rotherham have stolen a goal on the break through Cohen Bramall.

And to make matters worse, Fankaty Dabo has been forced off for the hosts after taking a knock in the build up to the goal.

The Sky Blues almost levelled in six minutes of stoppage time but Hakeem Odoffin was on hand to head Kasey Palmer's effort off the line.

It's the Millers who lead in the Midlands.

    Burnley 0-0 Norwich City

    Norwich repel another Burnley attack.

Jay Rodriguez - surrounded by yellow shirts - isn't able to time his header right and the ball is scuffed away by Grant Hanley.

It's picked up by a Clarets player who tries drilling a low shot from the edge of the box, but it's booted away by the Canaries.

Could Ipswich be going back to the top tonight?

They have a real stranglehold on the game at Port Vale, thanks to goals by Freddie Ladapo and teenager Cameron Humphreys - the first of the youngster's professional career.

Leaders Plymouth are trailing at home, with Jordan Shipley having put Shrewsbury in front on the half hour.

Oxford and Forest Green are also ahead away from home, but Sam Vokes has equalised with a header for Wycombe in their game against Cambridge United.

Bradford take the lead through Tyreik Wright in a play-off battle with Swindon at Valley Parade.

Mitch Pinnock has a second goal for Northampton, they lead Sutton 2-0 now.

And Walsall have almost wrapped up the points already in the West Midlands.

    Burnley 0-0 Norwich City

It feels a bit like the end of that second Lord of the Rings film, at the moment.

Burnley are the dark forces of the bad wizard banging on the walls of Helm's Deep.

Norwich are the army defending the castle like there's no tomorrow.

Burnley streak down the field after an interception in midfield but find themselves outnumbered two to five as they approach the Norwich box.

Nathan Tella gathers the ball in space but pushes a sloppy shot right at Angus Gunn in the Canaries goal who has had a busy night so far.

The home side really pressing here.

Viktor Gyökeres rounds the keeper and slides towards goal but Lee Peltier is there to clear.

Then Ben Sheaf plays in Callum Doyle who forces a save from Rotherham goalkeeper Viktor Johansson.

It's all Burnley at the moment but Norwich are getting enough players back to repel their attacks.

The Clarets looking dangerous every time they have the ball going forward.

A double chance for Burnley's Anass Zaroury who is working in acres of space behind the Norwich back four.

His first, a powerful header from a long searching cross that sailed just over the bar.

The second a right footed strike from just inside the 18 yard box on the far side of the pitch that narrowly misses the top corner.

Another moment for Coventry as Jamie Allen slips a pass to Gustavo Hamer on the edge of the penalty area but his shot is well wide.

Allen then sends a ball over the defence for Viktor Gyökeres to run onto but his namesake, Johansson in the Rotherham goal, was sharply off his line and did enough to snuff out the chance.
