"It was a really important win. Positive things but always room for improvement. We have to improve because we have a massive game at the weekend.

"There's still two games to play. We have to go again. Two tough games, we need to prepare more than the other teams."

Spurs fell behind, then led 3-1 thanks to a Son Heung-min double and Harry Kane penalty.

They were cruising - and Frankfurt went down to 10 men - before the visitors pulled one back out of nowhere. Kane then missed an injury-time penalty but Spurs held on.

The pain is over for Rangers now. Full-time at Ibrox.

Rangers are out of the Champions League and Liverpool are close to sealing a last-16 place.

Spurs go top of their Champions League group but it was much more stressful than it needed to be.

Frankfurt almost equalise! Pinball around the box and Faride Alidou's 20-yard strike is on target but Hugo Lloris gets down low to save.

It's a thriller at Barcelona and Robert Lewandowski powers in a header in the first of six minutes of added time to make it 3-3.

Barca still alive in the Champions League, but only just.

Inter would still only need a home win against Viktoria Plzen next time out to eliminate Barca.

Barca really, really need to win this.

Two minutes to go and Spurs are just one slip away from dropping two points from such a dominant position. They have the ball though.

You don't expect Harry Kane to ever miss penalties but he has smashed that one over the bar. Conte couldn't believe it, bending over and putting his hands on his knees.

There's a lot going on in injury time - all involving Harry Kane and Bryan Gil.

Kane flies down the left and Gil throws himself at his cross but can't make contact.
