Steve: Excellent first half display. United first to everything. BHA hardly had a kick and their one shot on goal and Mary Earps was well equal to it with a fantastic save. Very entertaining.
Zeetha: Man Utd all over Brighton & go in 3-0 up at halftime. We're too slow, and giving the ball away far too often! We've had a few half chances, and a good shot from Terland just before halftime but Earps turned it round the post. Man Utd and especially Toone showing their class.
Goals from both sides, a player sent off and a manager shown a red card - this weekend's opening game had it all.

It has been a very good performance by Manchester United. Especially, down the right hand side and much of that is from Brighton's poor possession.
When they have the ball, they have so many turnovers. That is what United is good at though. That transition. They are so explosive with it.

It will be interesting to see what Hope Powell does in the second half and think if the team can get anything out of this. Can they go and attack or if it is damage limitation now?

It's a beautiful crisp autumn day on Merseyside. Chelsea and Everton started the weekend fourth and fifth respectively in the table but climbed to third and fourth without kicking a ball following Aston Villa's 2-1 home defeat to West Ham on Saturday.
This is the first of three huge WSL home games for Everton, who host Manchester United on 30 October and Manchester City on 19 November.
Walton Hall Park is the smallest venue in the WSL with a 2,200 capacity. Chelsea will be playing at a 20,000-capacity stadium when they launch their Champions League group campaign against Paris St-Germain in France on Thursday.
While those in Leigh have a half-time cuppa, let's head along the M62 to see what's happening in Liverpool...

This is a show of what Manchester United want to build. How they want to move through the thirds and what movements are required from where and who.
The fans, team and manager must be very pleased.
Manchester United 3-0 Brighton
It's been a very comfortable half for Manchester United and the scoreline reflects it.
Brighton face a very difficult uphill battle in the second half.
Manchester United 3-0 Brighton
Well that came out of nowhere! Elisabeth Terland shoots from distance and Mary Earps produces an unbelievable stop to keep her clean sheet.
Manchester United 3-0 Brighton
Two minutes of injury time are added on at the end of the first half.
Manchester United 3-0 Brighton
Batlle tries her luck from distance but it's nowhere near. You can afford to do that when you're 3-0 up.
Manchester United 3-0 Brighton
United look like they could be in for another goal as Nikita Parris is one-on-one with Megan Walsh but the offside flag is up.
Leah Galton
Toone and Galton combine again, this time the opposite way. Galton easily slots home after being slipped through by Toone.
It's difficult to see Brighton getting back into this.
WSL: Toone scores second as United dominate Brighton
Manchester United 2-0 Brighton
Kayleigh Green is booked as she fouls Manchester United's Nikita Parris.
Manchester United 2-0 Brighton

Chelsea's players are warming up in tops which have the message 'Get Well Soon Emma' on the back.
There was also warm applause from Everton fans after an announcement over the speakers wishing the Chelsea boss well.
Manchester United 2-0 Brighton
It's calmed down a little after a frantic opening half-hour or so. Brighton are beginning to have a little bit of possession but they've been sloppy with their passing.
