There were nine added minutes in the end. West Ham went close to equalising but Brighton held on to bounce back from that 8-0 loss to Tottenham last week, which was followed by Hope Powell's exit.

Miedema is a brilliant player and it's tough to compete against her. At the same time, I'm just trying to do my best and do everything I can in training. We know it's tight and need to win every game. Today was a tough game against Leicester and we are just focusing on every game to try and win it. I am just enjoying my football and love to play football which you can probably see that outside of the pitch.
